Well Razbam is planning to do them all. They're working on Sea Harrier and Pucara. They've said the Mirage III will be flyable and They've waffaled back and forth on making the Entendard flyable. Of course that is about 36 years of development time... Hopefully other devs will jump in and help out.

Now that part being modelled would be really interesting.

I enjoy trainers and will absolutely be buying the module after all the enjoyment I got out of the free mod. I also look forward to your future work:thumbup:

I completely agree with you. I wish this wasn't the case. I'd much prefer a historical conflict but this is what I'm going to do to make the most of DCS. That's actually why I'm so excited for Razbams Falklands map. It's not unreasonable to think we could get every air asset (except black buck) flayable.

I'd wish we could get a comment on what they're looking at after all the super planes are done. Vietnam makes the most sense but would they do that if they don't think they'd sell? Or will they just accept what they think will be diminishing returns? Sell us better moderb ai assets to fight in our super planes?

We may be running into the problem that we're half remembering something bignewy or nineline said and cant even remember if it was forums, Facebook, or discord.

Also we might not even get a reveal soon. If its something thats pending a contract they could already be working on it but not be able to announce it until paper work is signed. Deadlines for that stuff can easily get pushed around for buisness reasons or covid.

Yea, sorry about the lazyness and typos. And interesting aircraft for sure but low on my list.

If someone could do a southeast asia livery for the viggen that would be awesome. It works as a great stand in for a F-105.

While I agree this is overhyped I don't get why you're sticking a finger in EDs eye. They've said they're trying to mKe a 29. I believe them when they say Russian companies and government and difficult to work with. I just don't see the point f insulting and trying to goad ED into making one by mentioning another sim.

I thought it was big newy or nineline who originally said it? Well regardless, what I perceive as EDs own hype for it has me convinced its going to be something very new.

I like shooting stuff but I like not shooting stuff too. DCS is such a better platform for systems and flightmodels that I wish they'd target the xplane/fs2020 crowd more. Instead of saying "we're not making that plane because you can fly it better elsewhere". DCS is the best place to fly anything. Im excited or the Mossie though because its kinda a step in thay direction.

Russian yes, but new... No. Oh no no no. I like the 50s-80s. My Absurd wishlist aircraft include the F-106 and F-94. I would be much happier with a F-111 than what I think we're going to end up with.

I think you're letting wishful thinking get in the way. I've never seen them say its not new. If you can link me to that I'd appreciate it, but if its been lost in the mess of the forums I understand. But I see mind melting in EDs context as something they never thought they'd be allowed to do. Which is either semi modern russian, which they've said it isn't. Or very new western.

Also its not the F-111 because they've said they won't do a Tornado. The Tornado has a ton of people clamoring for it and it would probably be way more profitable but they don't want to deal with its multicrew. And for some reason they've stated side by side multicrew is harder than for and aft. See working multi crew in L-39, Yak-52, C-101,F-14 and even the Christian Eagle. And then failed multicrew in gazelle and still waiting on multicrew in the Huey.

Gripen, Rafale, or a newer 16/18/15 variant. They said they wont do a tornado. Maybe even one of the export customers asked them to do an F-35. I really hope I'm wrong. But there's nothing mind melting about an F-111. F-117 is old tech today. The Apache COULD qualify but they've said its not it. Smart money would be on they're at the fimal stages of securing a contract to make a module for a military contract and its going to be the most modern plane we've seen yet. Aside from WWII, ask yourself which aircraft they get most excited about?

So if you want to figure it out think like ED. What aircraft make them the most money? Modern blufor multirole fighters. What aircraft do they seem to like the most? Modern blufor multirole fighters. It's not the F-111. Id be convinced it was the Typhoon if a third party wasn't working on it. What would THEY think is mind melting? Gen 4.5 or maybe even a Gen 5 fighter.

I know everyone has their pet plane they want. But I just don't see the added capabilities being worth doing a new module.

It would be weird not having a Christmas module.
