Just downloaded the f104 yesterday for the first time. It's very well modelled, I wish we had a f104 cockpit for it... and your liveries look very very nice

I got my pimax few weeks ago. I find that msaa cuts fps in half. It's true without it there is a lot of shimmering. Let's hope in some optimization from ED

About ten days ago I checked eBay Uk and I saw there were quite few pimax 5k+ being sold I was skeptic knowing how many headset come with defects like dead pixels or light leaks I sent a message to one of the sellers asking the conditions of his pimax and he stated the headset was perfect, no light leaks or dead pixels or anything else wrong with it. I took the chance ,made a bid, won it and paid with PayPal so in case of problems I could have claimed my money back. Well the headset it’s perfect and I paid only 600 £ for it. I used the oculus for about one year and I can only say that the pimax clarity compared to the oculus is night and day. Talking about the Fov, what can I say? I love it! For all the non backers or people who haven’t preordered it yet, eBay might be an option...just saying

Thanks for trying to help guys My windows version number is 1803 The pc it's stuck in a loop tries to update, fails, tries again forever I contacted MS support, they spent all the morning doing stuff and at the end the answer was.. Don't know why it does that, we are unable to fix it but I can hide the update on your computer so it doesn't download it continously. I'm not satisfied with that so the bootable usb stick with the iso file is ready. I'm ready to kill it and make it reborn

No antivirus, I only use win defender And I had process lasso but I now uninstalled it

I also have big problems with update 1809 Windows sees the update, it downloads it and installs it. It tells me to restart and finishes the installation of 1809 But it still says I have version 1803 then it searches for updates again, it sees update 1809 available and it tries to install again. It goes on and on.....in some kind of loop. Anybody experienced something similar? Any suggestion? I'm thinking about formatting. I have a dedicated M2 SSD for DCS, would I be able to just use my current DCS after formatting my operating system SSD or would I need to format also DCS ssd and re-download DCS from the beginning?

Hey adrian Just tried the spitfire I confirm you that it works with my motion platform and simtools 2.3.0 Can I suggest one thing? Try to unpatch DCS in simtools and then re-patch it but BE CAREFUL to save your settings in simtools first Let me know..... ciao

On realsimulator forum there are threads reporting the cougar works with the FSSB R3 I haven't tried myself but I'm planning to do just this for the DCS F16 module

I agree with Icebeat FSSB R3 if you care about the F16 coming later this year or if you want a moving stick go with Virpil. I have the Virpil T50 base with a cougar stick and it is perfect. The only thing is Virpil don't produce anymore the T50 base if I well remember but a new one.. The cougar TQS can be made stand alone with the realsimulator Tusba

Very nice project and good idea using flat transparent paint. Regarding your stage 2 ,may be you don't know, there is a guy on viperpits.org who provides an amazing replica all metal of the throttle arm and throttle rail. Basically you take the electronics out from your cougar tqs and mount it in the replica he provides and you have 1:1 tqs replica with correct movement and travel and all the detents like the real one. Sorry tried to insert a picture of it but I've never done it before and I don't know how to do it....

I don't have the gloves yet. When I sent them the mail it was to ask if they were working with Dcs or not and they said they where close to a working solution. I was considering buying them but I decided to wait until sure that they were actually working

Thanks for the review. I really hoped the software would be in a better shape by now. I sent them a mail two or three months ago asking info about the gloves and interaction with dcs and they said they were quite close to a working solution but not yet at that time. Well it looks like “not yet even at this time” @FMG JoJo will you let them know about your findings and problems? It might be helpful for them to have some feedback I believe they are trying really hard but this thing is not easy...
