All the Oculus tools except the Oculus Tray Tool can be found in:
C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics
Has anyone tried using all these to see what they do?

Yes this seems to be the way it is currently modelled.
So is the vector you receive from calling in 'Request Azimuth' currently the same as when calling in 'Inbound'?
If so this would be OK because when you want 'Inbound' info a second or third time to make sure you're on course then you don't need to abort inbound just to call 'Inbound' one more time...you can simply 'Request Azimuth' along your route.
Is the vector you receive from calling in 'Request Azimuth' the same as when calling in 'Inbound'?
In earlier years 'Inbound' vectored you to an intercept point to line up on final with the runway, not sure but I think there was also ATC telling you when to turn onto final from their vector. 'Request Azimuth' vectored you directly to the middle of the runway.
Thank you.
I find sometimes from one update to another you can see a marked difference in VR performance, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse.
For that reason some may choose to switch back and forth from beta.
I don't get that.
I have 7700k@4.4 GTS1080 32 ram, I run medium and have no problems, no lock up or stutter in single play and minimal in MP [usually only around airfields].
I should add I use Oculus Rift.
Couldn't say it better than you:thumbup:
Basically, from what you're saying; if you can run DCS in VR nicely then you would be hard pressed to find a VR game that you couldn't run well.
Thanks for your reply.
For an airfield landing I fly AOA 'e', place the velocity vector on the threshold at -500fps [+-100fps], maintain with throttle.
For carrier, 3 wire at -600-700 fps.
If Nvidia is enabling adjustments to affect VR in the last few updates why wouldn't they allow this to be done through the Nvidia control panel?
They keep telling me that Oculus is not currently designed to be allowed to be adjusted through the Nvidia CP, only 3rd party software may.
I thought it was SRS...
from something I read online:
DCS-SRS aims to provide easy to use and realistic communication in DCS Multiplayer. The radio integrates into all exiting and future aircraft available in DCS. Servers can configure SRS to be more or less realistic – enforcing realistic line of sight and distance limitations or allowing aircraft to always hear each other.
So what then is SRS?
