  1. hi folks, I often open up multiplayer missions that have been created by other people, and every time I click on an aircraft that is slotted for a Client, I will get this prompt. It's fine once or twice or 5 times, but I just want to look at the waypoints of the flights, so closing this prompt EVERY SINGLE TIME gets pretty annoying around the 20th time. Is there any way to suppress this prompt? Thanks in advance,

  3. Could I request the ability to change the color of the LOTATC chat messages? Feedback is that the default white gets lost among the regular chat window background "noise".
  4. After updating config.lua on the server, how do you make the change take effect? Do you need to restart the DCS mission?
  5. Use the cage/uncage HOTAS control to center the HUD.
  6. Try toggling to the HSI data screen and back to the HSI. I find sometimes this makes the color map appear

  8. It still passes IC
  9. Hey Dart, loving using LotATC on our TAW servers. Two comments, the setting for showing BRAA on the line itself does not save after disconnecting and closing the app, which means each time I need to reenable this setting. Also dock window positions may be remembered, but their sizes all return to a default size after closing the app. What this means is there's a degree of tweaking the UI the same way every time I start up, which shouldn't be necessary. This is on the release version. Thanks in advance for your attention.
  10. AGM-65F Maverick - when is TDC press-to-slew being made optional? Before the holidays, Wags indicated that the Warthog TDC controls are not able to handle a press and slew simultaneously. Furthermore, for those of us that don't have that luxury, we need to press one button on the HOTAS and slew with other controls, which is not the preference of alot of us. So there was going to be work done to make this optional (in the Special options tab for Hornet?). It sounded like there was some hope it would have made it into the previous build, but I assume they ran out of dev/test time, so I was optimistic that it would have made into the 1/16/2019 build, but it wasn't included in this release. Is this still on the short-list to be completed? If not, I'll revisit my HOTAS bindings, but if it is still going to happen, I'm going to stick with what I have right now. thanks, Zyll
  11. Hey did you wait after catching the wire, then throttle down and raise hook? I think one or all of these actions together trigger the grading
  12. Just copied this from the post linked earlier: With external electrical power - 1. EXT PWR switch - RESET 2. GND PWR switches 1, 2, and 4 - B ON (hold for 3 seconds) 3. L® DDI, HI/MPCD, and HUD - ON 4. COMM 1, 2, and ADF - AS DESIRED 5. Warning and caution lights - TEST 6. Inertial navigation system - ENTER WAYPOINTS DESIRED
  13. I'd like to see the option to disable the TDC press when slewing the Mavs. I'm thinking this is very likely to be in this upcoming build.
  14. And standalone server and Vulkan support!
  15. That's the impression I get from Wags' post, that we will be given the choice of which pod to load. In time.
  16. Interesting read (about the insignificant capability differences between the two pods). Given that, if I were ED, after the Litening pod is delivered, I would prioritize the ATFLIR pod way down the list.
  17. So what are the notable differences between the two?
  18. Jettison your pod before landing on a carrier, problem solved! Sorry US taxpayers :) So what's the technical differences between using the different pods? Is one superior to the other?
  19. This thread will give you exactly what you are looking for I think. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=222680
  20. But as for a tutorial, someone else may need to offer a suggestion.
  21. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=221412 Excellent mission to practice with!
  22. Some folks are never satisfied
  23. Correct, BRC is +10 degrees from the offset runway
  24. I was able to answer my own question, yes it looks like the AO on PG map is confined to grid 40R: http://earth-info.nga.mil/GandG/coordsys/images/utm_mgrs_images/MGRS_GZD.pdf
  25. Hey guys, quick easy question. I know that Caucasus is divided into grids 37T and 38T. Is Persian Gulf similarly straddling multiple grid areas, or is it all in 40R? I tried searching google but was unsuccessful. thanks,
