Lord the only time you will see 90 fps is above 10,000ft, otherwise have it locked at 45 with asw. I solved most of my problems with my new build and updating to 32 gb of ram

Well i built up a new rig thats in my sig, But just added another 16gb ram so total 32gb and its running great now in vr. Didnt think that would solve it but very glad it did. Amazing campaign !!:thumbup:

Nine line quick question, I think I remember correctly that you use the odyssey? If so do you get good performance results in Normandy and of so what are your settings by chance. I built up a pretty good rig but wondering if I need to go to 32gb well I'm going to microcenter today in denver to pick up another 16gb just to future proof I suppose. So I get great playable results on my rift but with the odyssey in Normandy it's very hard to get good results when CPU side aka Epsom campaign. I'm just really curious as despite liking another ww2 sim, you guys and level of detail is allot of fun. I would like to help if possible and or get your advice on the settings and performance stuff. Love the spit and all but how about some German campaigns.

It makes no sense jumping to a new map before one of very high importance is done to the full quality and standard ED has set in the past. Its the only map for ww2, atleast address the performance problems and get speed tree in.:cry:

the touch controllers smoke a mouse any day of the week. Much faster, much more efficient and its stupid to have things on your hotas that are not their in the real birds.

Well I think the 430 is awesome, I just can’t wait for a 3D version for Huey, as 2d is still WIP for VR.

Us VR pilots need a fix for this great product, any status?

to bad the 2d blown up view doesnt work in VR, hope they fix that

I hope not as not everybody has issues with vr performance and would hate to be forced a downgrade in graphic fidelity when not needed

Same here went back to the good visuals and good performance at 45fps with WMR and its good ASW. 1080ti and 8700 oc 5ghz used

Just upgraded to 8700 at 5ghz and 1080ti no issues here with deferred and that’s with the odyssey. So think it’s safe to say got to brute force dcs world currently.
