  1. If you ignore countries line -- (like this▼) then that skin will be usable for any/all countries. -- countries = {"RUS",}
  2. Please name the files/textures what you are using for your new skin. Where did you put those files ? Into a zip file or where the description.lua is placed ? (use "false" only for your new files if you put next to description.lua) Show some screenshots of your (faulty) skin. A modelviewer or an in-sim image would be good.
  3. all of those skins are compatible with latest and with future versions as well but need some correction in description.lua and correct texture files (correct dx5 alpha channel with correct darkness of it for glass parts/materials) https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2975921&postcount=7
  4. Hi guys please post your exact version number and the description.lua livery file of your skin what cause that canopy texture problem. One more: check ALL of your "installed" user file F-16A/MLU/Block50/Block52 description.lua files. If you see this line then it's the guilty: {"texture F-16.tga f2 g0",0,"f-16-glass.bmp",true} !!! "true" if the texture used from a zip file of from a pre-definied folder/user-zip or from the bazar/temptextures folder "false" if the texture is located in the folder where the associated description.lua file placed f-16-glass.bmp.dss !!! is corrupt. It can cause wrong canopy texture look on factory skins too !!! (if you used the corrupt livery earlier - with the corrupt canopy-glass texture) check texture file in the bazar/temptextures folder as well https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=168074
  5. think about on it a bit guys angled deck on carriers is for safety BUT to avoid similar cable snap situations perhaps they should consider this: especially by the russain navy - they operate aircrafts on a nearly (or completely) empty deck landing and take off as well SO image this: on carrier with ski jump if the aircaft approaches and lands on a perfect longitudinal axis of the ship, and one of the wire snaps at close to zero speed of the aircraft then it will be able to take off again - there will be more or less enough distance for a take off emergeny run on the deck towards to that ski jump with an agled deck landing this re-fly wont be able of course this theory will needs redesigning the cable systems and the carrier safety/operating patterns and orders as well (and maybe new wider carriers too) maybe on flat deck us/french carriers as well ...my 2 cents brainstorm ;)
  6. That paint will be fit better on the Ka-27 model ;)
  7. increase the first (or all) model LOD distance in the .lod file of the 3D model currently only shadow of the first (most detailed) LOD model visualization works
  8. Awesome  MiG-23ML and MiG-19P, right ? are you working on the textures as well ? and how is the tris/poly numbers ? I would like to see these aircrafts in DCS, at least as AIs
  9. except, if you ask HungaroJET to do some tricks and resurrect those models from ashes ;) however afaik he is low on free time because of terrain developments so the upshot is not guaranteed but maybe it would worth a try
  10. unfortunately attributions in the edm file extension has been changed
  11. does this "hotpit refueling" fill up the external tanks as well ? and the IFR doors ? why opened ? for ventillation and for reducing internal pressure ?
  12. those are were not by ed but those were more than a simple user mod - what already have been discarded. sreenshots were taken in 2014. since that time developers have entered/stepped up to the next level. they made and use very up-to-date things now, what we can see in next-gen dx12 games and demos only
  13. Work as I thought and wrote before: wingtip does not flex/bend with the wing (on tarmac). Wingtip shake/rotation got dividual animations as arg340 and arg341. Wingflex got arg338 and arg339 but joint to wingtips as well. - if used as wingflex. All arg-bone-anims mentioned above are unique animations so currently limited to F-5 as you wrote.
  14. so i that the official arg280 wingflex usage ? ..interesting and all the AIs (with arg280 anim) use that effect while rolling on the tarmac ? and shaking winders on wingtips ? F-5 ? F-18 ? does the Su-27 shake the R-73 on wingtip as well ? must see that :bounce:
  15. yeh, nice ! however i did not check it in the sim yet (i saw only in videos), so is that effect (what is not a wingflex but a dividual pilon(s) shake effect as i see) available only for client/player controlled aircraft or for AIs too ???
  16. very old screenshots of the italian forum :(
  17. Not mentioned likewise: New Dana Howitzer model. New Merkava IV. New MiG-29G model. Earlier released new MiG-29A model got 5 new skins. New Wingflex animations, builtin afterburner flame model with textures, normal maps on airframe, taxi/landing lights and new fuselage external fuel tank. (gear damage models, correct compressor + turbine blades and correct mach-ramps, intake grates, LERX louvres and nozzle animations still missing)
  18. Missing all the trees ? All forests ? Maybe it's not Starway's fault. Maybe ED changed the scene files or others. Or the materials/textures of tree models. I guess only. Not tried yet. Still downloading the update of today.
  19. to me it occurs on screenshots only but not in the real-live sim screen
  20. ▲ maybe _ _ _ 28-11-1967 _ _ _ after 50 years...;)
  21. one more: maybe it helps too - for F-4 Phantom and F-16 Falcon/Viper modules as well :bounce: Unclassified Acquisition Report (Costs) http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/budget/fy2013/sar/02_agm-88e_aargm__december2013_sar.pdf ahhh :) some Wild Weasel mission would be exciting  with a Hornet likewise ps. btw, wondering what kind of rocket motor data is public and unclassified :dunno:
  22. OMG :D this was hilarious ▲ :rotflmao:
  23. K guys. Thanks for the kind, the funny-jealous :D and for the congratulation messages what I got in PMs. CPU is on the way. BitMaster just left the post office. :) Big thanks to him  Some people asked what will I do my "former" i5 processor. Unfortunately I don't know yet. Not decided yet. If the i7 CPU is arrived then I will need to run some tests on it. AFAIK sometimes a faulty Mobo can damage the CPU also, so first, I will check that. Hopefully the CPU is intact as BitMaster wrote. After that I will need to reinstall everything. I guess. Windows, DCS all programs. I don't know yet what will need/cause the new processor. If everything is OK, probably I will giving away my "former" i5-2500K CPU for free, as well as BitMaster. But no promises now. Sorry, my sim-companions. We will see what future brings.
  24. PM sent. Thanks again
  25. Hello BitMaster. Thank You for your generous offering. I have a 1155 socket Mobo. A Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3 with a slower i5 Proc but with a good cooler , so I would be happy with an i7. Thanks in advance.
