Not to be picky but in the Ka50, if you turn on the anti collision and look to the back on the cockpit (towards the rear panel), don't you still see the light shining through? Ok, that's being picky.

You can either use the tanker in the Mission editor or go seek some ship mods (there are some) with tankers.

Huey for starting and learning all about how to fly helicopters Mi8 is the next level with an excellent flight model and more complex systems Ka50, for its complex systems but a bit easier to fly thanks to its stability augmentation system Gazelle is very touchy to fly and I would not recommend it as a first chopper although it is the only chopper with FLIR which is pretty cool.

If you got the chance to work with a teammate, the shark is interesting at night with your wingman shooting illumination rockets over the target. This way you should be able to lock it.

You can run ME on a Microsoft Surface 1. So HW requirement is super low. But you just won't be able to test it by running DCS on the surface as it won't load properly (not enough ram for textures).

We are keep having the AI not engaging our MP pilots on the dedicated server (updated with today's patch). I have raised and seen this issue elsewhere since the previous patch but anyone know what to do to restore a more AI aggressive behavior? Is it this -norender option that you have to remove in the shortcut? Thanks.

This can also come from the automatic power saving feature of windows 10. You have to disable this feature one by one for each device in the device manager.

Congratulations Flappie! This is an amazing work you have done here, and a very hard and tedious one! I am sure your map will become the reference in the DCS community for years to come, a.k.a the « Flappie map ». You just entered in the very restricted pantheon of the DCS community.

@feefiffofum, the civilian objects mod by Joe Rowe (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3302094/) is filled with individual lights with different colors and it works for 2.5.5

I was also using a lot the watchtowers you see on the screenshot. I can't remember where they were coming from. Finally, in VPC Airfield objects, we were always having the Fire extinguisher next to each chopper before starting up. You never know lol. the VPC barrier was pretty useful too. Kinda Christmas list but if you got the chance to look at some of them... Thanks man

Gazelle M or L?

Looks like some of us got missions in MP with 2.5.5 where IA were just not firing at all. No matter if they were late activated or not, setup as Red alert state, free fire, they just look at each other a few meters away.
