oops i mistyped. i meant it will not fail IC in saved games. sorry. trying it there, and trying to run the sim will prove it.

solved After Update FPS is Dropping to an Unplayable Level
silverdevil replied to Darkgamer's topic in Game Performance Bugs
updates sometimes will correct issues. especially replacing files that have been patched. -
it may not fail IC. you can try it and see what happens. you will not get banned or anything like that.
-
hello. sounds like a need to run a repair. if you have mods, disable them beforehand. sharing your DCS.LOG may help too.
-
yeah. lots of folks did DNS changes to get past EDs problems. most have undoubtedly forgotten they made these changes. good to hear you are back up and running. "when in doubt, it is probably DNS"

ED will eventually get rid of the MT folder. not sure when and why it would matter if they "both the same". there are still users with the shortcut pointing to MT. i think some of the information displayed in the analyzer is playing the odds. it tells me the same nonsense when i run my log just to see what it comes up with. it states the same info each time. good to hear your are back up and running.

hello. are you able to get a screenshot of the nag screen?
-
hello. the log you shared does not indicate a crash. is there another set of logs (a zip file)? do you get a message stating the dcs crashed? it could be windows killing the process. check event viewer for anything at the time dcs closed.

doh! yes. editing now. thanks rob

hello. the logs looks like it is proceeding until you end the task. no crash like you said. have you added the DCS folders (program install and saved games) to AV exclusions? i would also suggest you change your pagefile to at least 32768 MB (initial size).
-
i know this situation is quite different. in 2019 i had mk-20s running into each during the decent. this is from tacview. however, i have military experience and bullets colliding would be an uber improbability. so rare that modeling it probably is not worth it.

hello. if you can, share the mission. that may help.

odd. the log snip you shared is timestamp before the log you shared. can you run the sim and post that log? -

hello rollback driver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEeDnSAKl8s leave these two alone for the time being. Game Mode disabled Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling disabled do the roll back of nvidia driver. run the sim and drop the DCS.LOG file from that session. we will do this using little steps.

no problem. pagefile is configured in windows. have a look at this link. https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/196924-page-file-tip-by-mustang/
