  1. Glad you're up and running
  2. Hmmm... a very sad development in one way, but a positive development in another
  3. yes, make sure the PC is running properly first... from TM support FAQ's http://ts.thrustmaster.com/faqs/eng/thr_eng_00140.pdf this might display a pdf error saying there is a problem processing a page, but it does load if you let it, except for the important first page... save it (the pdf) to your pc and open it from there, the pdf displays intact.
  4. Uninstall the HOTAS, shutdown and unplug the HOTAS and reboot. Check if the Yellow Bangs listed in screenie (1) and the ? in screenie (3) for the USB Controller appears after rebooting.. if it does, you'll need to sort that out first. Looks like your laptop (Icon) and Officejet are showing problems too. Try again, this time running the driver package first - plug the stick in when asked, then run the firmware updater
  5. How did you get that about that?? well, except for the plural :)
  6. What you need to try is a 'Clean Restart" ie Shut down the computer normally and restart POST (Pressing the F8 key at start up) your system in Safemode... it tends to clear things out a bit power draining your system by killing the power, takes about 30secs to fully drain the caps etc.
  7. Sorry, but I wasn't present for the first 152, as they were posted :) ... so I'm having my say now :D Don't get me wrong though... its good to have the interest and the enthusiasm (I know I do) for what is going on, what's happening, and what the Developers are doing, I think that's great but some things really are just best left to "it will be done when its done" so to speak. Its good to know (and we don't need constant confirmation), that the machinery is churning away in the background, and the end product rolls out, when it rolls out
  8. Bug Tracker access to view would only cause upsets and relentless posts of "why is my bug way down the list", or "why are working on that one, when others are much more important" etc, etc... it would be a spot fire constantly trying to morph into an inferno.
  9. Never really noticed any performance difference between the P51 and A10C... I'll have to keep a look out for it.
  10. Silly question but you are running off the 780m and not the HD Graphics 4600?
  11. easy enough to misunderstand... but anyway, hope you sort your problem out and get the sim back to running properly for you
  12. That one was just a bit more than a "hacker" going on a vandalism bender though heard or seen nothing down here with regard to Ebay.
  13. and who in their right mind, would come out to address an angry mob carrying pitchforks?
  14. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919355#knownissues
  15. and so it begins...
  16. well, it will if you don't have enough physical RAM... which is what the swap file was created for; to use instead of RAM, when RAM was super super expensive. Mucking about with Page (swap) File settings worked for XP, along with quite a few other tweaks. Windows 7 does a good job without needing those tweaks 550Ti is a pretty old and small card now and the PSU is a bit low? yep... Heaven for Graphics and Audio system Prime 95/ Linpack for CPU system and throughput Memtest for RAM system
  17. run Dependency Walker... you've probably got the old 32bit and 64bit files swapped around in their respective folders thing that happens from time to time with some users ?
  18. Slightly OT but in line with the above -> http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/ monitor calibration
  19. Default location doesn't interfere with the system.
  20. how is your LAN setup? ie onboard or separate NiC PCI or PCI-E card Router Modem USB Wired Wireless etc
  21. The default setting needs to be consistent throughout all the modules... updated to the latest version and jumped in to checkout the F15 and crikey what was going on? - just leave the mouse as a cursor on by default (not able to swing the view around with it - just move the cursor only) like in the A10C, just keep the numberpad for swinging the view around in cockpit, as it is pointless having both
