  1. Hello Les, I am doing 52 LED's with my Mega. All grounds are wired together, no resistors needed as I use LED's that don't require them. I buy my LED's and surplus parts from All Electroncs. Whoops, you aren't in the USA. Please note I use my Arduino's for outputs only and I have only done LED's so far.
  2. Here is what I did: (I think). dcs-bios-master folder installed wherever. Copy scripts folder to the saved games/dcs/ Move socat to dcs-bios-master\programs if there is an error ( I had to do this). You edit the scripts found in the dcs-master folder if needed, not the saved games copies. They are re-written when DCS starts.
  3. Socat folder goes in the dcs-master/programs folder.
  4. LOL, I have the latest version. Only using 2017 as an example. Best wishes, :)
  5. https://github.com/s-d-a/Ikarus/wiki/Documentation-in-English Hello, see if this link helps you.
  6. Class: LwTrim Instance: 27, DCS ID 247, pitch trimmer, Inputs 0,1.0 Outputs 0,10, In" blank", Out* "blank", Device ID -, Format -, negateValue 0 I know the Input/output numbers worked fine with the earlier 2017 version of Ikarus.
  7. Hello H-J-P, Downloaded and installed latest Ikarus.exe file. No change in the trim gauge. I'll get back to you with information. Engine RPM now do not work with latest release.
  8. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=89226 Hello, See if the NS430 has a default.lua file. You have to make changes to each line when a button only toggles. It is insane we still have to do this after so many years...
  9. H-J-P: Thanks very much. Very busy here and will test and get back to you soon if needed.
  10. DCS has always been about the latest module release. Older modules, languish, or even get worse, as in this case. I was away from DCS for over a year, but I checked every email they sent me about new releases. Not very much about the L-39, ever. If a bug is even reported, it won't get much support and nothing happens (just what I have been seeing). C-101 is the complete opposite. I think Dev's actually read posts like this and get bugs fixed. There is a nice long list on every update for that plane. I do love the L-39, though. :)
  11. You have to edit the default.lua to get switches to work correctly. Maybe someone has a file written up already. Here is the link on how to learn: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=89226
  12. "4. RADIO CONTROL switch to connect transmitter to the front cockpit or rear one (control is performed by channel number illumination) " Radio control lamps, as per the manual.
  13. Hello H-J-P, The Ikarus L-39 modules have no trim gauge. I solve this by using the Luftwaffe trim gauge and in the past, it worked perfectly. I can get it to work, using the same export numbers in the latest edition, but not correctly. The gauge does not travel to full limits. Any chance you could have a look at this? A trim gauge is a must have item. L-39 item 2 is the non-working oxygen pressure gauge: It should actually be the "auxiliary brake pressure gauge". It works perfectly as such with the export number change. Artwork to match would perfect it. It would be desirable to have different numbers displayed in the radio outputs. Either 7 segment display or a better font. Thanks, all else looks great in the module.
  14. Hello, I can't test this and I've forgotten what to look for with these lamps (I am wiring up my cockpit lamps)… There are forward and aft "cockpit under control" lamps. I was wondering if someone could point them out to me, if they do work in DCS, that is. Thanks,
  15. Good luck on your eventual flight. Pride Aircraft is located two hours away and I may do the same thing there someday.
  16. You need to just keep experimenting with those settings to get it in the center. Works fine with three screens.
  17. so WTF? I get it, no more trying to get bugs fixed.
  18. You know, it is probably just a simple copy/paste error they missed when coding. I tried looking, with no luck, but maybe if we submit a proper bug fix request and support it, it can be fixed. It is a lot of work building those lamps and I would love it if they all worked correctly. :)
  19. If the auto start does not work, it is a bug that should be fixed. Trouble will be located in the macro_sequences.lua
  20. Once you fly with tactile feedback, you cannot go without it. Best thing you can buy for simming.
  21. H-J-P, Most bugs were on my side from improper folder use. Apologies. I can get my profile to load now and only bugs are: L39_Alt20 instrument is now missing. I need it badly. :) When I select it, no gauge shows up. I see one small art bug on the "WPDistance" gauge. It has one small texture missing between the KM numbers. Radio readouts all work fine. Missing gauge art is fixed. Alt in feet stil did not work, but I have not tested it with Imperial units yet.
  22. Hello H-J-P, Oxygen pressure is inop in the sim, so not usable at all. Oxy blinker gauge is great. All ID's come from your files. I did not create anything. I just cant stop it from reverting to your file like I used to be able to do. I prefer metric units as I learned them first and have the most sim hours. Knot's are for Nevada, (which doesn't get served much online anymore). :) No hurries or worries, thanks for everything.
  23. Yes, found it in the manual. Should have read first. Ikarus has a gauge for it, for naught.
  24. Hello, The oxygen pressure gauge, the one without the blinkers, does nothing at all now. Does anyone remember it working? Is it suppose to work? Thanks,
  25. Usually the creategauge section, but not this time. :) Someone will get it soon. It is the latest and greatest plane in DCS.
