I understand how chaff can have quite the affect on a pulse radar regardless of aspect but shouldn't a PD radar be able to better filter out small amounts of chaff in regards to perfectly hot or cold bandits as in shouldn't there be enough contrast in the seeker/radars perspective between CMs and the target for it to guide or is that simply not the case?

Its not a matter of it being honorable or not, its simply that its unreliable and might kill a noob or two here and there across the front In BVR there are two shots taken, turn signaling and killing shots the ET doesn't really do either of these as well and as reliably as a properly shot ER or even 77 for that matter in some cases

Thing is the aspects where the ET has a chance to not be seen I might as well take a more reliable ER shot I find it tracks better from around the bandits 6 o clock what you just described is not really sounding like a reliable kill more of a cheap shot
