That's not doable without a scratch pad. But sometimes I don't even manage a single coord, when it's not somehow announced beforehand. Mix up 37T and 38T and you're completely borked without notes. Those are the examples of complex missions not properly doable in VR for me.

Anytime I need to input coords given by radio. The Enemy Within campaign is a good example: in one mission you get 3 target locations in a single radio call.

The big trees are there for perfomance reasons. One big tree eats less resources than two small ones.

I have the impression MAC is a completely new product (and install) and not a module for DCS World, but with a common core and multiplayer compatibility. So pilots using MAC or DCS can play together on a server. I for one am not overly interested in MAC, but I imagine it will bring in new players by offering easy to learn air-quake with leader boards and shop rewards. And maybe some of them will step up to the wonderful world of DCS. As long as ED doesn't forego DCS World (and why should they?) this is a good thing in my opinion.

Ich denke, da liegt die Ursache für dein Problem. Am einfachsten ist es sicher, die Belegungen neu einzugeben.

Ich habe meine O+ jetzt seit ca. 2 Wochen und habe keinerlei Probleme mit schlechtem Tracking oder Doppelbildern. Es dürfte also nicht jede O+ davon betroffen zu sein. Ich hab vor ca. einem Jahr die Rift probiert und mich gegen VR und die Rift entschieden - die O+ hingegen hat mich überzeugt, dass VR seine Berechtigung hat. Nicht immer, aber wenn's "nur" ums Fliegen geht ist VR die erste Wahl.

You're pretty right about the options you have. But instead of "escape" use "extend". Sounds much better. :D In a head to head just keep flying at full speed until you have extended far enough to safely do an Immelmann and accelerate again to your superior speed for the next pass. Against the AI vertical movements work best, most of the times.

Check the energy saving in Nvidia Control Panel and set to "max performance", if it isn't. Do you run DCS from an SSD? Last but not least, post your DCS settings.

I got my O+ last week and have been flying in VR for 30 minutes a day to slowly get used to the sensation. I was not overly impressed using it in the A-10C or F/A-18, as the degraded graphics makes it hard even to spot an airfield from 10 miles out, let alone spot enemies and other stuff, but was so blown away when I used it with the Huey. That's where VR really shines, at least for me. I'll keep it just for that. On the technical side, I did all the suggested steps with WMR beta and SteamVR beta and have solid 45 fps with PD of 1.3 in Caucasus with my setup.
