TPOD is functional only when aircraft is parking hot
Hello everybody,
TPOD is functional only when aircraft is parking hot. Is not functional during either auto start or manual start procedure. Aforementioned issues was tested in MP.
Is there any way, other than Red Marks in F10 map, to have prepared other data cartridges before flying. For example in Combat Flight Tool you can prepare DTC files from the Viggen so you can load them later.
Guys, we have to revise the way we purchase. I will never pre-purchase again. This is the only way to apply pressure to ED in order to produce reasonably complete modules.
If you can stand it get a 2080ti for sure. I have already upgraded to 2080ti from 1080ti and I intend to go for Reverb as well, NLT next January. I assess that Reverb will satisfy your hunger for smooth edges and details, than any other VR set.
How do you find Reverb in terms picture clarity? Is the picture compared with the clarity that simple HD monitor is presented? For example, Rift S according to my opinion is very blurry.
I play 3840x1440, two monitor setup, i7 8700k o/c 5giga, 1080ti, ssao 2.0, msaa off, anisotropic off. The res settings are high but civil traffic. Fps is more than 50 with gsync 2K monitor.
Found the solution at least for my case. I deleted the F-18C folder in Mods/Aircrafts and I repaired DCS. Everything now works exactly as described "Cold start in the hornet takes +54 seconds after you get 0.5 OK before the coordinates update, map shows up, and waypoints have proper distances. At that point you can move to NAV"
Still very frustrated. INS is not working for me. We are talking for a clean installation without any mod installed. I start the A/C manually, I auto start it, I tried all the above mentioned tips waiting for the map to appear in GND before switching it to NAV. It doesn't work even if I set up the aircraft parking hot.
What about ED? Did they mentioned anything about this issue? When do they plan to fix it?

Reinstall Tacview and then this is the link of my options.lua. Inside lua you will find under plugin the Tacview lines that you will have to add to your option file.
