Probably the best module yet - simply AWESOME... even for an alpha with some definite funnies, it is great fun! When they get TGP and moving map etc working, it'll keep me happy for months! Seems 'faster' low level - I'd forgotten how much fun you can have just flying around the mountains on the original map!

If it's any help, I noticed this recently too and have just down graded nvidia to v385 and the the problem has gone.

Coincidentally, I was thinking about that the day too ... great fun. Anyone done anything similar for Normandy or Nevada?

That video is rather old ... it used to be a lot easier to land the F-15, now, apart from the Spit, its the toughest to keep on the runway!

Perhaps a command line flag so we can create 2 icons?

Also, I love the trees, but I think, looking at historical pictures of beaches and the areas just inland, that they are a little too many trees near the coast! Also, makes looking for targets nearly impossible!

I tried flying yesterday off Normandy in a 40kt wind but ended up watching the wave motion around a ship and I have to say it is great work! I'm using VR and had to quit when I started feeling a little queazy! This is going to be incredible in the F-18 trying to launch/land off a carrier. My only criticism is that the props weren't turning when they came out of the water (I know, this is a flight sim!) ... amazing. Really enjoying the Alpha, many thanks ED.

Yes, I think I'm on 1.5 too. Ideally, what I was after was a 4K laptop screen ratio 16:10 screen caps while I use a VR headset - which produces odd ratio screen caps like the one below. Wondered if it was something built into DCS.

Thanks guys. I think I can get 4K using your fix working, but it ends up badly distorted :( I was looking for screen caps to use as a desktop.

Is there anyway of setting the screen shot size to be different from the view size?? So I can get decent sized screen caps while using VR??? Thanks, James

Installed with no mods, Win10, Oculus VR - loads fine, flies great but when I exit the flight DCS.exe crashes and I have to reload from Desktop. Rgds, James

My only questions re: trains in Normandy - do they shoot off steam when you riddle them with 50 cal? :)

A simple respawn option would be really useful for training A2A with perhaps an option to randomise the starting location ... an endless stream of AI targets to fight.

I've experienced something similar in multiplayer and it seems to be the app loosing focus - did a message appear? Try clicking on the Window with the mouse or press <Alt><Tab> to give it focus.

Just tried it and it works really well! Thanks for the tip.
