  1. From the FAQ here:https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/564/#1823177 "How can I deactivate the products (modules) in order not to lose the available activations? You can deactivate the module directly from the Module Manager in DCS World, by clicking on the DRM button. The number of deactivations is limited to ten attempts." The same you can find in the guide: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/documentation/dcs_world_activation_guide_en/
  2. (tried it with the left-handed SCG; doesn't apply to right-handed grips - please disregard)
  4. Wags didn't specify it would be in the next update - just that they (internally) added that option. Which means we will see it sooner or later as well... (Wags' post: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4229005&postcount=38)
  5. Ahem... a little more to that:
  6. Yeah, why not simply exclude DCS from your overzealous AV scanner? Really easy to do.
  7. ^^^^ This! Should be easy to do - regardless of what brand virus scanner one's using.

  9. Need some lights on and decent contrast for cameras to track well. Other than that, I have no issues with my Reverb.
  10. Flackern beim Laden ist normal und gibts auch bei allen anderen VR Brillen. Im Spiel selbst - und beim Fliegen - sollte dann nichts flackern.
  11. So why not wait until the next update? You made it sound as if there's no more updates - but ED usually makes more updates, again, and again... and again.
  12. As per my usual spiel for each OB release: Update > Repair > Delete fxo & metashaders2 folders I was able to log in just fine, and all modules are available just fine. Maybe those users who experience false positives and potential quarantined files (and thus maybe run into issues with DCS modules all of a sudden appearing to be disabled) should finally exclude their DCS installation folder from their virus scanner...? Might be a consideration.
  13. Just went live for me.
  14. Well said - and should be common sense.
  15.
  16. Totally agree. I wonder why they removed it from Special in the first place...?
  17. Wouldn't it be easier to simply wait for ED to showcase some of the Supercarrier features when they get closer to the initial release? I trust that Wags will drop some videos to clue us in what's coming exactly.
  18. Just a quick trip down memory lane (Dec 2018 - February 2020):
  19. You might want to ask that on the VKB forum instead, as that's where the engineers are usually able to answer: http://forum.vkb-sim.pro/viewforum.php?f=24 That's good to hear. Thanks.
  20. Just wondering - will the President-S system's display added to ABRIS, as I didn't see the extra display mounted in the new render. (source: ) Thanks.
  21. @MrDieing: there where WIP cockpit screenshots of a DCS F-16 posted years ago - since then we were eagerly awaiting it.
  22. Eagerly awaited to me implies that it must have been mentioned before by ED, maybe even years ago; how else can we await something eagerly if it wasn't mentioned before in the first place...? Personally, for me the most eagerly awaited module was the DCS F-16 - and that is now a reality. Another that was mentioned years ago by ED was the Apache - which I personally still eagerly await. However, if eagerly awaited is something that ED hasn't mentioned before because they didn't want to do it before, but a lot of us mention it in our discussions and wish lists, than I would also like to see a (reasonably) modern variant of either the Flanker, Fulcrum, or Frogfoot. So yeah, fingers crossed.
  23. Agreed. Sounds like a common sense approach.
  24. I have similar issues with 2.5.6 where some stuff only gets rendered in one eye; but I assume that some of the more blatant issues in that regard will be addressed in the next few patches.
