  1. This came from Razbams discord channel..... @BIGNEWY can you elaborate on this?
  2. If you try my mission and lower the crosswind to like say 30-ish knots, the bombs still won't hit the target
  3. I tried to reproduce, but failed to do so. The times the scan lines were missing was during MP flights. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again
  4. Any word in this? Is quite annoying nog able to see where the radar is scanning without the bars
  5. Here are some more tracks. First is again a mission with strong winds. 2 bombs dropped on 2 different targets, which were designated with the TGP. Both bombs miss and pay speccial attention to the second bomb. It doesn't even lands near the intended target! Also watch the bombs fly to the target, they don't fall straight to the target they move slightly sideways. Second test is without TGP, no targets marked with the radar to set a SPI, the coordinates are entered in the UFC (see the name of the files without the word TGP in it) again same mission with same wind condition. 2 bombs dropped, both missed. Again the bombs fly in a slight sideways angle to the target, you can also see clearly with the second drop, the bomb drift to the left side of the intended target. When the canister from the second bomb opens, the bomblets immediately start drifting to the right and miss their target Added another track, this time designating the target in visual mode. 2 bombs dropped, both miss their target and again flying slighty sideways to the target. When the canister from mthe second bomb opens, the bomblets immediately start drifting to the right and miss their target, i think this is due to the wind direction? 6. I had the X65, loved the feeling when flying, but hated the stick itself. It was way to large for my hands and i needed to lift my hand to press the top buttons
  7. That actually might be the same cause here. I did use CZ after i set the altitude from my steerpoint to ground level and slave the TGP to that point
  8. Hello Nineline, some more info from what i have seen last night. If you take a the outside view of the bomb falling towards the target, you can see it's already not going straight to the target but off to the side. When the bomb gets closer you can see it even beter that it's not going straight to the target. I also have a feeling the canister opens too late, causing the bomblets to overshoot the target, even if i get the correct range using the laser from the tgp. I'll try to set up a mission and a new track tonight and see if it behaves different. Dropping singles and pairs should not matter for accuracy, it only will give you more bomblets over the target area. Dropping pairs with spacing only creates a larger footprint.
  9. So, i fly on a MP server tonight and noticed that my CBU 105 were hitting nowhere near the aiming spot. I tried manual tracking a target with the TGP and used the LSS function. The F-16 was cold started and fully aligned and the bombs themselves were fully aligned. Out of 4 bombs dropped, al 4 of them missed. Could reproduce it in ME (so no alignment issue) I have the MP track aswell, but it's 50Mb in size if needed F16-CBU105.trk
  10. Well, atleast this is prove to all the "haters" that there was a flying J8
  11. Looks very promising Deka! Judging by what you have done when you delivered the awsome JF17, i'm sure this will be an great module aswell!! And haters gonna hate, don't let it get to you guys. You guys are awesome!
  12. Cockpit is also Block 50/52 standard with dual MFD's. Some versions do have different RWR and CH/FL panel. And our MLU's are 120B/C and 9x capable. And some have a drag chute like you mentioned, but that is optionele, not MLU specific
  13. We basicly have a MLU with the Block 50. The MLU upgrade was designed to bring it up to Block 50/52 standards.
  14. The A10C and C II are butter smooth for me. I would even go as far to say these are one of the best running models for me, FPS wise. Make sure you have no mods installed and try to run a repair otherwise
  15. The SMS isn't really a screen like a MFD we have now. For the radar, it could track other planes, although basic functions and it lacks features like we have now
  16. Well an A model too can have different Blocks, so depending on what you are looking for, i think these are the most noticable: Cockpitwise: As mentioned above, radar display between the pilots legs SMS system consists of push buttons A different side stick and a smaller HUD Consoles are arranged a bit different (no CMDS panel, radios panels, etc) Outside: Different antennas and their locations below intake for example) Different launchers (so no LAU129 launchers) Smaller horizontal stabilizers
  17. Release angle has nothing to do with dropping bombs in level flight, it only gives you visual cues when to start the loft
  18. Hello, i experienced a crash while locking a frigate with SEA radar mode, then slaving WMD7 to the target. As soon as the WMD7 has the ship insight, the entire cockpit begins to flicker in black and soon after CTD's to desktop. I have had some wierd crashes with DCS in the past, but after altering my pagefile (to 32 GB), i haven't experienced crashes until today Through_The_Inferno_CCS_v2.1.6-20230128-182907.trk dcs.log-20230128-175818.zip dcs.log
  19. Than change the name in your monitor file so it matches the one in the RWR.ini file or vica versa
