  1. Why you using flood lights anyway when on approach. You want the pit as dark as possible and the gauges just readable.
  2. Boat speed affects 2 things. 1. The burble 2. How much costs wind component. The more own wind the boat creates the more this will be. Assuming that if there is natural wind the boat is turned to put that down the runway. Other than that there is no different between a 30kt natural head wind and a 30 it boat head wind to you it’s the same. Your approaching the boat at the same Ground speed for the on speed air speed your on. Don’t over think it.

  5. May I be the devils advocate. Any BFM in peace time of course they won’t use it and they will have g limits to abide by for airframe longevity sake. With that said you are in a real life or death engagement any pilot will utilize whatever he has there are no rules or restrictions. Who cares if the jet breaks if your alternative is getting shot or trying to live.
  6. Just a question from curiosity. Why is it considered cheating to us paddle? Does the flight model not bleed enough energy when that is utilized? Ya it gives you more Gs but that should be at a cost. I don’t fly the bug much in BFM the cat is my primary ride. I ask this as information for when I go up against Bugs.

  8. So mike if I am not using the pop up IFLOLS I need a high ball if I am just using the one mounted on the boat. Also if using the ICLS needles I need to fly slightly high as well?

  10. I went back to using the disable iflos overlay mod.

  13. I am getting ctds at intermittent times. Sometimes 15 to 20 seconds after loading then sometimes 30 mins. It also seems to not crash as much if loaded via the mission editor.

  16. I’ll bump it with you. LSO will wave off if your flying on a slope for a 4 wire. You do need a high ball to be on in the cat.
  17. It seems to me that post patch the trap sheet is not showing your wire. It showed my flight profile but not wire on all 4 of my test traps last night.
  18. I recycled it off then back on then off and still I get that IFLOS overlay. This is with the F14
  19. This is all that happens when I run first mission generator. These are point to my main DCS fold and DCS saved game folder exactly copied from the file path. REM Core or Main DCS ou DCS.beta path, always end the line with \ set "pathDCS=C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\" REM DCS or DCS.beta saved game path, always end the line with \ set "pathSavedGames=C:\Users\Herman\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\" REM DCE ScriptMod version not any / or \ and no space before and after = set "versionPackageICM=20.43.60"
