Ich hatte das selbe Problem mit Opentrack das es sich nicht zentrieren ließ. Die Lösung war es als Administrator starten zu lassen.

The radar helps the seeker to find the target but doesnt guide the missile into the bandit if you meant that.

Kommt auf die Server an. Auf Growling Sidewinders Server z.B. sind keine Labes, keine Funkhilfen und noch nicht mal Wegpunkte zu den Einsatzgebieten. Wenn man da Su-25 fliegt heißt es nach Sicht fliegen, navigieren und identifizieren. Ist zwar etwas herausvordernd für Neulinge ab sowas sind eig Grundfertigkeiten eines jeden echten Fliegers. :pilotfly:

A skin can be multiple GB's big. Just imagine you want to fly on a big pubic server with 60+ people and everyone has it customized skin. You would have to download over 100GB skins first befor you could join the server and they you have to download multiple skins over the time cuz new people joins ther server. :joystick: One day I am sure the internet will be fast enough for that kind of toy but the future isnt now.

Maybe its because of the unevenness of the surface ? The CCIP piper is calculated based on the radar altitude and an uneven or inclined surface will lead to incorrect results and so you will miss your target.

Es gibt da diese App und das Program DroidCam womit ihr euer Smartphone in eine Webcam umwandeln könnt. Wenn ihr das getan habt könnt ihr mit Opentrack und einem Aruco-Marker kostenlos Headtracking in DCS genießen :smilewink:.

The Su-35 is too classifide to see it in DCS in the next 40 years. ED even cant do a FF old MiG-29 cuz of russian law. Maybe one day by a thired dev team. Edit: I am very suprised that they will do the MiG-29 now.

Cuz DCS is a simulator. In RL you have to document all your flights and for later its nice to read some statistics.

The F-14 external model and cockpit was made with photogrammetry. As far I know the F-14 is the only module that used that tecnology yet.

ich hab sogar eine selbstgebastelte Variante die wunderbar funktioniert. Wenn du selbst für wenig Geld was zusammenbauen möchtest so empfehle ich dir folgende Videos. Wenn du was fertiges ehr bevorzugst so empfehle ich den DelanClip Neues Schmiermittel auftragen ;)

Headtracking is absolutely helpfull and absolute needed if you want to dogfight. I can highly recommend it to everyone who is using flight sims and doesnt have VR. Also if you cant afford TrackIR, there are several free/cheap "do it yourself" solutions.
