  1. You cannot turn it off IIRC. What I do is periodically, about once a week is delete those multiplayer tracks from the folder. Works no problem. It has been this way for a very long time.
  2. LOL! Yep I hear you. The reason I asked this question is that I'm so used to the dials moving in the weapons panel of the Su-25A that I just assumed the Su-27 and Su-33 had those as well. Both the Su-27 and the Su-33 are still considered to be in beta so perhaps we can hope that when they come out of beta there will be animations added to future cockpit models. :joystick:
  3. Okay, thanks gentlemen. I just wanted some sort of clarification and you gave it. I'll do some experimenting with this mode. Cheers.
  4. Forgive me for opening up this thread again but I've just started getting back into the Su-27 and Su-33. I understand what you are saying but I don't understand how this is shown in the cockpits. How can I tell when I'm in "salvo mode?" Something showing up in the HUD? I don't see it, something showing up on the weapons panel?
  5. Thank you. Looking forward to the fix.
  6. Really? That is a shame. One would think it is an easy fix.
  7. Wonderful! Looking forward to using your skins.
  8. You are not the only one who has noticed this. I have been recently working on a mission starting out at dawn and noticed this while testing. Didn't go away during sun-up but I still had my instrument lights on and background lights so maybe this was the cause? During the day, I notice this issue is not manifesting itself.
  9. This is indeed the case. Every-time one goes into the F2 view, the pilot's head is frozen in the direction the player was looking in the pilot's seat. Been that way for years actually.
  10. Wishing you the best CAP.
  11. I only discovered this the other day. Hope fix is coming soon. Would love to fly the Su-33 in the rain.
  12. Started happening to me this evening as well. The only thing different was my graphics drivers were updated within the last 48 hours.
  13. Beautiful, just beautiful! Any chance you'll eventually get an L-39 skin in there someday?
  14. Going to try this out. Been practicing navigation just using RKL-41 and ADF but will try RSBN in manual. Beautiful stuff.
  15. I've been to the user downloads section of DCS looking for an Iranian Air Force skin for the L-39C. Can't seem to find one. Can anyone point me in the direction of another source for an Iranian Air Force skin for this superb module?
  16. I am creating training missions for myself in the L-39C. I am using the Persian Gulf map and am flying as Iranian pilot. I've been to the "user downloads" section of DCS and see a lot of skins for USAF, European Air Forces and even saw an Iraqi Air Force skin. Doesn't seem to be any Iranian skins for the L-39. Can anyone tell me or point me to another source for excellent DCS skins?
  17. That is a very cool find.
  18. An excellent choice. He will love it.
  19. I concur with Nirvi, go with the L-39 Albatros. It is a beautiful yet simple aircraft to learn the basics in flight handling, navigation, basic weapons employment. You can't go wrong with this module.
  20. Fantastic news on the 2D view!
  21. Only stable release version. Never beta.
  22. Beautiful work. Can't wait to fly it.
  23. You have the wrong friend. It is a good addiction. :smilewink:
  24. Yes, I have issue as well. It is like the RWR knows there is a signal out there but not what type of signal.
  25. I agree. The text itself is so small that the added lack on contrast regarding background just makes it practically impossible to read anything. Here's hoping this will be changed at some point down the road.
