Yes, runway damage is modelled. As for the use of anti runway bombs, see above, besides, the 500-Shp is not an anti runway bomb per say. Its an bomb designed to penetrate hardened structures by assistance of a rocket motor. It also features a parachute to oriented the bomb near vertical before ignition of said rocket motor. This parachute also ensures the delivery platform as suffiecient time to clear the blast area.

Deploy from low level high speed and overfly the length of the runway. Shouldn't really get a change to drift off then.

DCW World started as a free product, meaning; You could download and install it for free, and fly the SU-25T in Single Player. ED has now updated DCS World to allow the SU-25T been flown in Multi Player for free as well. You will need to make an (free) account on www.digitalcombatsimulator.com to sign in on the ED multiplayer master server. Since its all free, i suggest you try running DCS World first and then see if you want to trow some money into it.

Had a similar thing happen to me couple weeks ago. PC would power on but nothing would happen, not even the BIOS came up. Turned out the connector of one of my HDD's was lose. So i'd say open up the case and make sure all connectors are properly seated. (feel that they are, mine looked as if it was still connected but was not)

No idea, contact them and find out i'd guess. If not you could always publish it as a mod.

It's not difficult no, it IS a lot of work though. So, as you said, i'd prefer them to focus on other things and fix the equipment of countries already in the list. Once that's all updated to a more realistic state, we can start adding additional countries. 3rd parties could also do this ofcourse. Which is much preferred by me cause ED then has more time improving the simulation environment itself. (bugfixing etc etc)

It will actually increase your flight time due to side slip. Simple example whit just random numbers. Lets say your destination is on a HDG of 0 (north) The wind comes from 09 (East) Now you will have to fly a HDG of about 04 (north east) to compensate for the side wind. Because of this your effective ground speed towards a HDG of 0 will be less then your speed trough the air at a heading of 04. no idea what the exact ratio's will be though, guess they will differ from plane to plane

I believe it depends on the radar's operating mode. If its in TWS locking a target won't give a lock warning on the targets RWR. If in ILV locking a target WILL give a lock warning on the targets RWR. No expert on the F-15 by any means though so can be VERY wrong here. (never fly it actually)

I believe there is an "set waypoint" action or trigger. Guess you can use that. Not sure how to make it random though.
