  1. No- I get those too and I have them set to active planar. Some places worse than others.

  4. Definitely agree with the PSU discussion. Also (just because it has happened before) have you set your display & aspect ratio properly? First- Check that your desktop rez & Lomac rez is the same. Then:In your Lock on installation folder go here C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config\graphics and make changes as follows: DisplayMode { resolution = {1680, 1050}; (or whatever YOUR resolution will be) bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6 (1680 / 1050 = 1.6 --do your own math) Interface { resolution = {1680, 1050}; bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6; } Simulation { resolution = {1680, 1050}; bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6; } AVI { resolution = {640, 480}; fullscreen = 0; aspect = 1.333333; (this one not important for gameplay) } IMPORTANT!!- ALL the aspect ratios will revert back to 1.333333 EVERYTIME you make a change in LOMAC's option menu.

  7. So. If I have a fully patched BS, and a 1.12. When I install this patch I will have: 1.12 LOMAC 2.0 LOMAC (assuming I exercise the option to have a parallell install) and a 1.01c BS? or does BS and 2.0 merge together?

  10. Run it minimized. I have always started the track and immediately minimized it- never had any issues .
  11. If on Vista- make sure you are running the program itself as admin. It's not enough to be logged on as an admin. Othe than that- I'd reinstall. Make sure thatif you unplug the device that you put it back in the same USB, and try to avoid using a USB hub.
  12. Track IR software typically has a enable/ disable toggle button assigned. It sounds like you are pressing that button during your flying. Go into the Track software, and disable it.

  14. :doh: Another readme.txt wasting away in the ghetto of your lock on folder... The A10 & the F15 have separate firing commands. 1 for guns, another for releasing all other weapons. This goes ALL THE WAY BACK to version 1.02 Spacebar for guns, enter for launch. I'm feeling generous- normally- I allow people to go look this up themselves.. So are you SURE you're sure? I'm not so sure.

  17. S77th-Konkussion's CH Profile CH Products: FS PT PP (buy from http://www.provantage.com/ch~880CHPD.htm) EDIT: FC2 map & cms files attached to the bottom of this post. For Flaming Cliffs 1.12b (also good for FC2 when you make the appropriate key changes- all scripting features carry over) This is the Profile I use to fly online. Please read carefully before downloading & use. You MUST account for my key changes in YOUR setup or parts of this CH map may not work for you. Your keyboard, etc may be different than mine- Adjust YOURS accordingly. (download) Kon's CH map. Preview my map with these printable labeled jpegs. Fighterstick, Pro Throttle, Pro Pedals. Like always- this map is subject to change Important Notes: Ministick (TDC cursor) is set to "mouse" in CHMGR, Set LOMAC mouse axis like this (preview) You'll need to slow the mouse pointer speed in ctrl panel prior to flight. ALT +Rightshift is LOMAC key for "cockpit mouse-slow" (this is works MUCH better @ default in FC2) Cleared "F12" default key assignment. (see preview) This is default Teamspeak/ Ventrilo PTT (push to talk) My PTT is "capslock" Cleared number pad "5". Conflicts with Track IR5 centering key. Speedbrake Throttle Sensor: If the Speedbrake is UP- it will drop automatically when full throttle is applied. 3. Autopilot modes- Operate HAT for 1 second in desired direction to engage. Quick hit in any direction to disengage. 4. Progressive Toe Brakes- (not separate left & right- sorry. Bitch at ED about it) The more you press down on the pedals, the more the brakes are applied. Increases "W" key input frequency, eventually holding the key full on. Speedbrake Precision- When pressed & released- Speedbrake Toggles full up or down. When pressed & HELD (+1 sec)- Speedbrake remains UP as long as button is held- drops automatically when released.

  19. Yeah, I think the FF was never ironed out, and that disabling it is what you need to do.
  20. Wrong again, there Brittanica. Civil aircraft may often have a knob- combat aircraft almost universally have a HAT switch prominently located right on the face of the stick.
  21. Then don't! There is no issue- it's YOU. The trim axis in the lockon\input\axis settings have NEVER worked- they have always required button mapping to a HAT via your sticks' profiling software. (or use of the keyboard, I suppose) They cannot be assigned to a rotary, either. There is no "trim reset/cancel" for the SU25's- just like the real aircraft. The closest thing you will find to this is setting your AP to: .. ATT & ALT hold mode ALT+2 .. Transition to level flight ALT+3 Then canceling all modes when the aircraft is flying straight and level. When on manual control- Real aircraft require constant trimming based on airspeed, payload balance, and a number of other things- all are modeled on this aircraft. Sounds like YOU need more practice. Forgetting procedures, lousy profiles, not knowing the status of your aircraft or the commands are your issues.
