hitman Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Actually, it would depend on how long he has been lost in the desert, and how long it has been since he ran out of water. :P Two days without water, no hope for rescue. Meanwhile, NTTR and Edge most likely deployed long after thirsty dead dude in the desert has gone waywards of the buzzard.

Der_Fred Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Is this glass half full or half empty?? In the usual job interviews/psychometric tests they will ask you this question. They consider 'Half-Full' as the correct answer, indicating an optimist. BUT I say the the correct answer is 'Half-Empty', indicating not a pessimist, as they like to condem, but a realist. An optimist is like a lemming.. a realist is not :)
sorcer3r Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I think we will see crimea with EDGE. New engine will handle larger theaters I guess. So ED just need to copy&paste. ;) [sIGPIC]http://i1293.photobucket.com/albums/b582/sorcerer17/sorcf16-b_zpsycmnwuay.gif[/sIGPIC]
Rongor Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I think we will see crimea with EDGE. New engine will handle larger theaters I guess. So ED just need to copy&paste. ;) If it is only copy/paste for ED, what are they waiting for? I don't need EDGE to have fun across Crimea. We wait for EDGE since about 3 years now. If waiting for Edge is the reason we can't have other maps, please abandon EDGE and spam us some maps.
Irregular programming Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Is this glass half full or half empty?? Can you prove that the glass exists? :music_whistling:

Irregular programming Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 That's not a very philosophical answer, obviously we don't know if anything truly "exists". We just assume it does. :pilotfly:
hitman Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Quantum mechanics will not be discussed here. No matter what they say or tell you, you wont be able to pass your arm through a wall in this lifetime. So nyeah.

hitman Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Large chunks did, I bet... It always starts with 5 fingers, then usually ends up with phones, tv remotes, small children....
McBlemmen Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Poll answers are pretty extreme , i'm indifferent. I welcome a new map any day , but dont need it asap.

Stratos Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 I read here that Crimea was dumped out cause it was related with Ubisoft previous agreements, so I doubt we will see Crimea back. I would love to see it one day again in DCS, but I think is highly unprobable. I don't understand anything in russian except Davai Davai!
sobek Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) Well, the agreement with Ubisoft that LOMAC is mandatory to install FC has expired, so i'm not quite sure. Could be that legally speaking, the product has now diverged far enough for it not to be considered a breach if it is reinserted. On the other hand, the question is whether they'd not rather invest that time into creating new maps that have the benefit of fully using all EDGE features. Edited September 28, 2014 by sobek Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
Pilotasso Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 It was dumped in favour of georgia, in 32 bit memory addresses you cant have both. .
