First cold start and first pattern around the field works really well!

So: awesome work!

One question:

It is possible to add the content of the two DDIs on two small screens?

Like in this thread:

My first trials seem not to work - I take this .lua:

_  = function(p) return p; end;
name = _('FlipperT45L-RDDI');
Description = 'Left MFCD on the left monitor,Right MFCD on the right and camera on the center'
Viewports =
{
     Center =
     {
          x = 0;
          y = 0;
          width = 1920;
          height = 1080;
          viewDx = 0;
          viewDy = 0;
          aspect = 1920/1080;
     }
}

LEFT_MFCD =
{
     x = 1920;
     y = 0;
     width = 550;
     height = 600;
     aspect = 800/600;
}

RIGHT_MFCD =
{
     x = 2720;
     y = 0;
     width = 550;
     height = 600;
     aspect = 800/600;
}

UIMainView = Viewports.Center

This is a quick fix for the sun glare issue on the T-45 Cockpit.

Go to C:\Users\UserName\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft\VNAO_T45\Liveries\Cockpit_VNAO_T45C\default

Replace the description.lua file with the attached one

Enjoy

someone can ask to my question??

I didn't even realize there was a question there, it was more like your opinion. For me the T-45 screen fonts works well enough:

I dont have experience with exported displays, but have you tried other resolutions for the Cockpit Displays parameter on the Config screen?

Unfortunately the mod no longer works with the recent update 2.9.6.57650 (11 July). When a mission with the Su-30SM is started, the game crashes.

On my vanilla DCS I only have an Su-30, and just checked that the T-45 has no trouble with it ... perhaps are you using a user Mod of the Su-30SM?

Seems like since the last update to DCS, the T-45 has lost it's multicrew Instructor slot. It now only shows the pilot slot.

At 53 pages deep, it's a lot of hassle to scour these pages and all the other threads dedicated to the Goshawk... So I'm gonna try and ask here.

Is there any work continuing to improve the Goshawk? Mainly thinking mods to change the interior and exterior models to make it look more weathered and used? or add any extra functionality?

Cheers.

I'd also like to know if we ever managed to mount live weapons on this. I need some old fashioned Hawk flying.

The mod is true to the real life T-45C, and so it can only mount training armament.

Are there any plans to upgrade the suspension ?.  I have tried the suspension mod that is around and that works well with the aircraft on the taxi ways, it stays quite steady but once it takes of, as it leaves the runway the whole aircraft goes into wild spasms, nose up and down violently etc, for a few seconds then levels out - its ultra weird.

So, I reverted to the original entry and lua, the take off with the mod is too weird to keep.

I cant post an image, the frame rate is too slow if you try to take an image so you only get a single frame on it in one position.

Hi, i did the suspension mod, just tested it again and couldn't reproduce the behavior you just described. The mod doesn't change anything about its flying caracteristics.

Okay - thank you for a quick reply and that's good to know - it must be some conflict in my setup.  👍

One thing I have changed is the weapons loadout to simulate a UK Hawk, I suspect its something to do with that.

Ran a few tests and established this violent take off behaviour only happens if you have any loadout - a clean configuration and its perfect.

I removed my extra weapons I had added to the lua and just used yours, with anything slung under the wings it goes weird, with no load it's a perfect take off, nice and smooth.

Any thoughts on an issue or a solution ?

These are taken just at the point of take off, the transition from one to the other is violent:

Anyone knows how can I bind these radio buttons and switches to my cockpit? They are not available anywhere in Adjust Controls but they are clickable and have labels.
