Hey @Admiral189, hope your recovery is going well. Just wanted to report an issue with the Admiral Ushakov, specifically the SA-N-7 missiles. Everything I can find says the Sovremenny-class has 2x 3S-90 Uragan single rail launchers, bow and stern, and either a magazine depth of 42 or 48 missiles (obviously this could change). However your mod seems to have unlimited ammo, and launches at a rate of far FAAR too fast.

I modified the Admiral Ushakov.lua and added two lines (one for each launcher).

GT.WS[ws].LN[1].ammo_capacity = 24;

I also commented out all the connector_names with the exception of one per launcher.

By performing these two things, it has a limit of 48 missiles in the magazine, and the RoF seems much more appropriate to what myself and other unit members have found, with ~2 missiles (1 per launcher) every 8-9 seconds. This is a rough approximation of a Mk13 launchers rate of 1 missile per 8 seconds, so seemed like a good estimated guess.

If you want to take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks for all your mods, and best of luck with your recovery!

Hey guys!

Are there some ships models here in the mod that were used in the Falkland war?

If you please copy me the link here for some of them, thanks!

Good Morning/Afternoon, Everyone,

I'm sorry. I have been focusing on my health for the past six weeks or more. I'm happy to report that my back surgery (Disc replacement) went well. My back X-rays look great. It can take 6 months to a year for my back to fully recover. It should be known after three months whether the surgery was truly successful based on any back pain I'm experiencing. Lately, my back pain has been constant but manageable. --The problem with any kind of pain is that it interferes with your concentration and focus, so some days I'm just not into modeling.

Concerning creating 3d models for DCS. I have been working on mods in the background just to keep my skill level up, but I'm not working on anything that I will be releasing. I have a lot of military assets I have that I would like to work on. CH helped me correct some of the issues with creating Military Tanks.  I created a Tank for DCS some years back, but that's when the coding for DCS was much simpler.  Coding is still simple as long as you have good instructions, but that is non-existent as far as I know.  You're pretty much on your own when it comes to creating mods for DCS. Thankfully, I understand the basics.

Anyway, when I feel like I'm healthy enough to return. I will let you all know. Thanks for all your concerns. I appreciate it. It shows you're human.

PatPatpowerCat, thanks for modifying the Admiral Ushakov AI ship mod. At some point, I will work backwards to correct all the issues with the mods.

Thanks, everyone, I hope you all have a great weekend.

I understand pain only too well and hope yours eases soon and you can enjoy the rest of your life. Your ship mods are pivotal in dcs in my opinion.

Take time to recover and don't over do it.

Hey Admiral, Its def. good to hear that you are up and moving. Its important to do and push past the pain which its obvious you're doing. My father had serious back surgery as well years ago and it took me having to push him out of bed every single day and get him moving to make sure those nerve endings get the blood flow and healing.. I cant say I know your pain but I sure have witnessed it and its no joke.. Personally, I feel confident you will be ok but I will send prayers your way sir. Thank you for all you do and please continue to focus on your health.. We will still be here regardless, LoL! Cheers buddy

Good Morning Admiral!

I have a side quest for you...

This MOD has been around a while and still works in 2.9. It was originally a static object but an enterprising person added the ability for it to function as an EWR.

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3302681/

During the cold war there were Four Hughes Air Defense Radar (HADR) sites in Germany. The HADR radar was developed from the AN/SPS-52, a US Navy long-range air search 3D radar. It was used on numerous frigates, destroyers, and the Tarawa and Wasp-class amphibious assault ships,

My question is...would it be possible to use the radar code from the Wasp class ships to convert this static object into a HDAR?
