i would like to see some newer generation aircraft like the Su-37 or J-35 JSF in which implement vectored thrust technology...

so far i seen the arcade-ish still in development HAWX shows the plane doing backflips and things that only vector-thrust capable aircraft can do...

http://www.gametrailers.com/player/37386.html

other than the cobra, i dont think i have seen lock on physics allow the following..

i would be nice that if there was a DCS module that featured a vectored thrust capable aircraft, to be able to do 180's, 360's, backflips, reverse turns and cobras...

F-15C. Not a pound for air to ground.

I'll live with an F-18 though ;)

Maybe I'm repeating my self, but there's never enough of saying it:

MiG-21!

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.

I'm dreaming of a Mirage 2000.

But the problem is not what we want, but what you can do with the same level of details as the Ka 50.

There is still a lot to do with the Mig 29 or Su 27. And we can find amazing manuals on the net.

I'm dreaming of a Su 27 SK with a clickable cockpit and the intra-flight datalink.

Or all that with a Mig 31 what an amazing aircraft.

I want to see a SAAB 39 Gripen.

Pure swing-role aircraft, go sweden :joystick:

Just wondering. Why Mig-21? It's just a straight and level, go fast, turn wide aluminum tube ain't it?

ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

It ain't :)

For one, it's an icon. The most produced mil jet out there. It's a massive engine with a good airplane built around it. LOTS of switches to switch, buttons to press, knobs to turn. Mighty roar that moves your stomach and your heart :) It lands at 300 - 330 km/h. If you don't handle it with care and knowledge, it will spit you out for you are not worthy of such a machine. It shoots devil darts that require lots of skill and lots of praying if you are to hit anything. It's love.

Great motto to build a fighter around .. one reason IMO that makes the F15E seem blasphemous ;).

What was the design brief given by that Red flag guy..?? Something like "put the pilot in a glass bubble, wearing a bathing suit with an I wish you were dead missile".

Cozmo.

A lot of the best multirole aircraft are basically fighters redesigned to handle air to mud tasks. ;)

There are SOME air to mud tasks that dedicated A2G aircraft will be better at though. (F-15E or F-16 vs A-10 in CAS? HA!)

That didn't make sense ... O.o

F-15E in DCS would be so sick...have AA and AG superiority at the same time :D

F-16 will make you think twice about swiching from f-15 though you cant realy diss any air platform carrying the AMRAAM. ;) (DCS fulcrum wont feature the R-77).

This will be very interesting but only when Im an old man :(

Mirage 2000. It would be bliss. No other simulator out there models this plane to any satisfying degree of realism.

I'll get back to you regarding the last bit.. arrg can't remember the guys name.. It'll come to me though.

It made sense to me. Ideally you want the guy in a glass bubble with almost 3D visibility, unlimited by cockpit frame and such. Not sure about bathing suit...but I can see why you'd rather the pilot not have to where such things as a G suit and helmet. Might make it easier and more comfortable to move around to look around. The "wish you were dead" missiles are self-explanatory. :P

I'd explain it as you wanting to have Superman flying around with BVR heat vision and a cool-looking outfit instead of those tights.
