DCS/2.7.18.30348 (x86_64; Windows NT 10.0.22000)

Apache AH64

Using the new change seats option in multiplayer.

When in CP/G seat storing targets does not work. The lased target is not being stored even though there is confirmation on TADS screen. I have attached a couple of screenshots to illustrate this.

In first screenshot you will see the target that I want to lase & store. In second screenshot you will see the confirmation that the target should be stored as T07. After this operation going to TSD screen & COORD I find no reference to T07 in the TARGETS AND THREATS screen.

When in single player this works fine and there are no issues with lasing & storing targets.

Support ticket has been submitted: #131028 - Change seats to CP/G on multiplayer server

Same issue in Multiplayer - it is impossible to create any point in any manner as the CPG. There is also buggy behavior/error when playing around IDENTS and CTRLMs

glad this wasn't just me.

same issue here in multiplayer server with hundreds on targets on the map.

I was thinking for a minute there was a limit for the CM points taking over the maximum Target points.

I thought target points had a maximum limitation of 50?

Yes, waypoints are stored as points W 01 to 50, control measures are stored as C 51 to 99 and target points as T 01 to 50 (but stored as points 101 to 150). Is there a total limit I have not heard of?

So - just agreeing:

Multiplayer, in CPG seat you can't

1) Set direct route

2) Set a slave point (from the coord menu)

3) Store a mark point (and then obviously slave to).

However, in the pilot seat AND single player these are working fine and as expected.

Keep up the good work guys - Loving flying in the front seat!

Alone on AH64 in public servers, switching between pilot and CPG, I try to store targhets as CPG (and George as a Pilot).   When I laser and I press "RHG Sight Slave Button" I see on TEDAC the indication of a new targhet (for example TG06)  but when I look for it in the list of targhets there is no new targhet.   It has not been memorized.
This is not happening when I have a human pilot.  In this case targhets are memorized and I can slave on it.

I can confirm this is an issue. Mentioned it before in another similar post. Only is a problem if you are in multiplayer and you are in the CPG seat without another player in the heli. You can't set ANY waypoint or target point at all.

Yep - work in progress it would seem:

I tend to do NAV stuff in the pilot seat before take off, and then fly and fight in CPG.

It's a bit of a nag setting direct to etc in the back, but such is life with EA 🙂

this is w.i.p but if you have a short track replay example please attach it

Here is SP track, where it works as expected and then MP track where it always stores as T01 on TDU, but doesn't create a point at all.

MP track is larger than 5MB, so I am posting a link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TFQBwYouSKu9uxjcMA6oC4rjJDYT01jp/view?usp=sharing

Other MP session, T## will be different, depending on how many targets are stored from mission editor, but number will never change and no point will be created.

I do have a video of me flying with some of these issues if it helps.

We CAN now designate waypoints and preset target points from the front. (GREAT)!!

Also from the front:  We still can NOT store and use targets or waypoints

Cannot set a direct route.

Sure these are coming soon, just keeping the info flowing.

Keep up the great work 🙂

Same here, I get the T01 notification in the IHADSS but no entry in the Target list (COORD), or a Symbol on the TSD or a new Target Point to select.
