I just realized after an excruciatingly long load, that my only DCS A-10C II Tank Killer module is no longer available, what's going on, will there be a recovery from this current mess???

There are like ten threads opened on the same subject: DCS servers are experiencing severe difficulties, and we cannot use our modules as a result.

It is time to do something else because, by the looks of it, it may last a few more hours.

Servers can be non-responsive for any number of reasons, some I've listed below:

1) Servers get over-worked and go down periodically when thousands of connection are established (No really, this can really happen)
2) Any one of ten thousand routers, servers, switches that connect to a file server or database can also fail.
3) Any disruption with an ISP can also prevent the server from reaching you and you reaching them. DCS has an ISP too!
4) Most often though, the reason is this, they know who you are and just want to mess with you personally.

People, for heaven's sake . . . the servers have served us with very few interruptions for many years now. Give the team a break and stop telling them what they already know . . .

Stop with the threats. . . one day in a life-time without DCS is not the end of the world. (Perhaps I should reconsider that last statement though)

If DCS were to go down for a week, I'll go ride a bike.

Remember this . . . Even you have a MTBF!

When I wrote this post, I didn't know that it was a global problem, I thought it was my fault, which was strange to me, then I saw that it is generally a problem for everyone, I sincerely hope that it will be solved, we trust the team, sincere support from me, because this did not happen in the more than one year of my stay in DCS, so I was personally confused... I wish you well, my friend

Do we have to solve this alone, or will the team solve this??

i would guess if everyone left it as is, an update will be released that will fix the issue.

I agree with you, a problem can always occur, malfunctions are possible, the current confusion is only with each individual, because something completely unexpected happened

Problem solved, my DCS is up and running as always and my A-10C II module is now available, whatever happened is said to be over 🍷 👍
