toubey Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I fly it most of the time. What exactly is dead? Is it because noone flies it in MP? I built me a fair set of missions/farps etc. and I think it's fun and beautiful. 1

The work being done on this huge terrain is massive, without the approach we have taken we would have been waiting a lot longer to even get to try what we are already enjoying. Still : An occasional screenshot of something happening development wise on the Northern part of the map would go a long way to instilling confidence in purchasers of the whole map that something is actually happening with the Northern part of the map. There doesn’t have to be an estimated release date, or a % complete estimate, just some evidence that SOME progress is being made would provide confidence that our patience isn’t being taken advantage of. Grumpy9904 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago The updates to the Afghanistan map were very welcomed. The organic additions for some of the COPs/FOBs etc. is a great add. Can you give any insight as to what the long range plan is for more of those to be added? Also, any potential list of the ones planned? Currently, I am recreating them based on historical satellite views and of course that is taking up huge amount of statics to do. Some are pretty much impossible to build out. FOB Wright in Asadabad is one of those. It was the major FARP for helicopter operations in the Kunar and Korengal valleys. Due to the terrain modeled there as well as the buildings, it is pretty much impossible to build. Even with destruction, etc. Thank you! 1

We are a group based on having fun (no command structure, no expectations of attendance, no formal skills required, that is not to say we can not get serious for special events, of which we have many). We play DCS and IL2 GBS. We have two groups one based in North America / Canada and one UK / Europe. Come check us out.
