Is ED broke?
No, Eagle Dynamics is very healthy aside from this dispute currently, all other 3rd Parties and the ED development team continue to work and push new and exciting content out to you.

So honest question, and maybe it’s just the way the sentence is formatted, but that sentence makes it sound like ED is very health aside from this dispute currently. Does that mean, if we include this dispute of money that ED is not healthy financially? Or Is it just a weird formatting or phrasing thing?

I think you maybe trying to read to much into it. Simply put, Eagle Dynamics is doing well, we continue to grow and expand.

thank you

Does this expansion mean more resources to finish projects and fix long standing bugs.

All resources available are being used to complete our tasks and projects.

But please keep this thread for the RAZBAM discussion

Does this mean your company will be able to offer real refunds (not store credits) in the case the F15E gets abandoned and stops working ?

What's the fallback plan in case your talks with RAZBAM amount to nothing and you aren't able to support the F15E in it's development anymore ?

We have no more news to share currently, we have to wait for a resolution.

to which you also didn't respond.

Unfortunately, that only works if both people ignore each other. Until we have a 'Block' function as I have requested will individual bickering be quashed.

Razbam have said nothing official about the dispute other than the first post, ED has said nothing official other than the same. People reading into the 50% discount sale (no names) and creating wild conspiracy theories are just here to cause trouble in my opinion.

This sale is a normally scheduled sale for us, we have not changed any of our releases, sales or other plans this year. So no, there is no grand scheme here, just normal activity.

I’d like to ask something that’s been in the back of my mind, obvious relevance to the Razbam problem but I’m not asking specifically about the mudhen: Would it be possible for a module under active development to be voluntarily sold between devs (third parties or ED), and would it require permission from parties other than those involved in the sale (eg the aircraft manufacturer or government departments)? Would there be any other hurdles that you can share?

Interesting question and a relevant one. If a module is in active development, or in a dispute with the platform owners, is there any possibility (and I just mean possibility) for the module to be taken up by another 3rd Party or taken in house. In short, is there any provision for this?

Now you guys are asking about the terms of private contracts to be revealed. I think that in any business deal, all options might be open pending on particulars and how good the lawyers are. I don't expect any disclosure on this question by any participants in any private contracts.

The dregs of my weekend wine drinking ebbs away, I am not asking about the nature and details of private business Contracts because I don't understand Contract Law. What I said was, is there any possibility (and I just mean possibility) for the module to be taken up by another 3rd Party or taken in house. In short, is there any provision for this? The answer is either yes, no and/or this is not something that can be discussed at this point in time. The latter is what I expect and I appreciate why.

The M-2000C is on sale on steam. Does this mean there was some sort of agreement between ED and RB?

Nope, probably just a mistake, I have asked our Steam guy what is up already.

It was the M-2000 campaign that was supposed to be 25% off not the module, so it was a mistake on the guy setting the prices for Steam, but as I said its been pointed out to him to fix.

Hidden off-topic, this is about news related to the dispute, the countdown is about them attending the show in Japan, if you look at the countdown image on their website its background is a blurred and darkened image from that show. Not for discussion here. Thanks.

Really appreciate the write up on the first page.  Very professional and well written response.  Wish ED the best of luck getting over this hurdle, and you have my full support.  Looking forward to a continued bright future ahead.  So any news on the Blackhawk...........🏴‍☠️

I didn't think I'd be too bothered by all this. When it all first came out, I was mostly just irritated by RAZBAM in the public way it went. The longer this goes on without knowing what the plan is for support of modules I've paid for, the more I lose trust in the entire product.

I bought Afghanistan with money from my F-15 refund but outside of that, I haven't made a single purchase. It wasn't a conscious decision, it's just how it's worked out as this has gone on.
