As soon as there is something official to say (and no rumors or the like), you will be able to read it in the first post of this thread.

Or not. ED seems to like it when users figure out the truth themselves.

I'm not sure if this image is true or fake, but I for sure hope it is an indication that the Razbam-ED affair might reach a positive agreement:

fingers crossed 🙏

I'm neither a software developer nor a businessman and i have to admit i didn't even think about the fact that he lost his accounts. I wasn't really surprised but i somehow thought he would loose all that in case they don't find a positive solution for all this.
I also think we will not get any information about what exactly happend and who right and who was wrong (after the end of all this). But that's ok - it's not our business. The only thing we need to know is when the dispute is over and if it's a positive or a negativ result. And if negative in terms of the cooperation between the two parties i would like to know what the future of the RB modules is. But i'm sure as soon as there are some information about this, they will let aus know - in the first post of this thread or by other means.

It may sound pretty naive but reading that razbam_prowler suddenly got all his accounts back sounds to me a bit like ED and RB are setting up and preparing the continuation of their partnership in order to come back to normal - as it was before all this happend. I mean why should ED give him all his accounts back and why should it make him optimistic of a positive outcome if there wouldn't be something positive on the horizon?
As i said: maybe i'm just naive and it's just wishfull thinking by me but at least it looks like a good step in the right direction.

And @Rudel_chw: Thanks a lot for posting that. I don't use discord and this gives me some hope 😉

It's already been stated in the first post what will happen to the Razbam modules regardless of outcome. It only affects the F15E, or rather, it affects the F15E much more that the others because bugger all was being done with them before the dispute. Hope this helps.

I know the first post and no it‘s not stated. It‘s stated that they will do their best to keep them working. I really appretiate that but when the dispute ends - and one day it will end - i would like to get some clear information about the future of the modules and not about the intention to keep them working without knowing if it‘s even possible. And i think a software engineer should be able to give you a clear answer to the question if it’s possible or not after a period of trying to maintain the moules.

But anyway we have to wait and i‘m still hoping for a positive solution.

You even gave yourself the answer, so why not just stick to it?

How can i give my self the answer if i don‘t even ask a question. I just said what i‘m hoping for. That‘s all.

Or yes, because if this were resolved, there would be fanfare. When it is resolved, there will be fanfare.

Us finding out the truth about the minutia doesn't enter into it. That gets clammed up and stowed away and this is how it is for business, full stop.

Click-chasing social media heads who post leading titles and offer not real substance are trusted at your own peril.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

But that all weather day night A2G action with the radar targeting... it's too delicious to live without.

The A/G radar of the F-15E is the only usable radar in the entire game, its really another tool for attacks.

The detail of how it works is amazing.

Safe to say he's referring to A2G radars for precision targeting. 😉

Really hope the comments from Prowler are a sign of good things to come.  I love the F-15E and I am so hopeful it ends up being a finished product.  The Harrier is such a great aircraft too.  Healthy Developer/ED relationships really make this community grow!  It's nice to finally see something optimistic!

Mine too.

It's not that the others are useless, but the F-15E A2G radar is McMiles ahead of the pack. If you're going to do a precision attack with an A2G radar, it's the Strike Eagle every day and twice on Sunday.

Mmmmmm... delicious! :smoke:

@BIGNEWY Is NG trying to resolve the dispute with RZ? After approximately one year, I am not seeing any hints of a resolution.  The lack of an effective resolution prevents us from receiving timely updates on RZ modules.

If there is no possibility of resolution, then ED should end the relationship with RZ. In turn, ED can allow another developer to create new fixed and rotary.

I read the "it's complicated" comments. Uncomplicate things by either reaching a resolution or terminate the business relationship.

I read the forum posts on this topic daily.

Everyone is working to a resolution. But it isnt something that will happen quickly or be discussed in public. When we have news to share we will share it. We can only wait.

A year is a long time to people who paid for stuff.

We're simflyers, not lawyers. So it's reasonable many see these things as simflyers and not as lawyers.

In that light, a year is a long time.
