At this point, if the developers @OnReTech don't explain themselves soon and provide a timeline for restoring the content, I'll file for a refund. Luckily, EU laws assist me and many others in these cases.

I think this is not Onretech's fault but rather ED's, so that Sinai does not overlap with the map of Syria. In the future we will be able to fly missions between two or more contiguous maps

Negative, @NineLinestated in the Discord that we should give feedback to @OnReTech in this thread. He wouldn't send us here if it were an ED decision.

It honestly feels like every other patch has to by law ! introduce some drama and turn into a crapshow.
I seriously hope this was an oversight or mistake, there is literally no reason for this.

Yes I’m super excited for that feature to be shown in 2031 and Beyond for roll out in 2033 but for now it’s doing nothing for us.

Israel is such a small country, that dividing it like that is one of the dumbest things you can do. Sure - they will overlap, but who cares?

Especially considering the rather famous history of air wars over both northern and southern Israel. Now instead of having a map with both we have two maps with neither! Great...

This map still has the southern half of Israel, and the Syria map has the northern half.

( First message for me )

Perhaps it's better to wait the release of the "Phase 4" to see which news parts of the map will be remove.

This pretty poor form, I believe ED should step in on this as even though its a 3rd party dev ED own the game, and this will severely impact future sales and any future maps by the developer as most will stay away from them.

what would people do if ED just closed its doors?

The only thing that’s going to kill ED are their own actions from all the patch issues and the amount of time it takes them to fix the issues to approving the removal of all this content from something they’ve already sold.

Yeah, "Phase 4" - Jordanian cities will be removed, they left only plain texture. I'll pay for this map to fly over Israel, Yom kipur, some on Egypt, some on Syria, OneRetech said they add Ramat David in the future, here:

They buyed me with this thread above, Now i can only recreate Egyptian part, technically i got no product i paid for.

@OnReTech

Yep, absolute joke... I bought this map for a complete Israel, and have designed missions al over the northern part on the border of Syria and Lebanon.

My entire mission/campaign is ruined now...

This is a terrible decision and must be reversed!!!

Here is the map of my mission area of ops.  Took me over 3 months to build this mission for multiplayer for my squad using DML.  Now its ruined.  Units moved along roads dynamically trying to retake cities, artillery fired at towns, helicopters dropped troops in towns.  None of this works now as DML looked at the terrain for its triggers.

On the bright side, we got F-35 circles!
Which I don't want, as I want this map for historical (or alternate history) engagements.
Having Israel and the sea of galilee area made it possible to do missions to the North and South of Israel from one airbase.

Huge foul IMO and to do it without even giving folks warning is even worse.  I try to stay positive lately but this and other “issues” are ridiculous.

Same here my passion and support has taken quite the hit lately and it just doesn’t stop.

Yep. So now having a mission using both ends of Israel simply needs you to end your mission and open a new one. That sucks

Stepping on toes of other creators or not, this is not how the customer should find out part of the product they already paid for has disappeared.
