I actually refunded it and bought it back after a few months, the refunding ultimately was a knee jerk reaction after the first few issues and bugs popped up. in the end it's a functional jet with radar modelling superseding ED's own offerings (that by itself speaks volumes) so I'll keep it and enjoy it for as long as I can.
Originally I thought to get the Chinook instead, but looking at the current state of that Module I'll stick to my F-15 and hope for the best going forward.

Hey guys, is it still as playable as it was before the conflict?

Yes. We flew it yesterday. And as far as I'm aware of, nothing is broken so far (apart from the original bugs I assume)

I have made a number of videos in this plane setting on South Atlantic map (irony isn't it?), and is in the process of making more.

(As you may have guessed, I have waited to spell this out for quite some time. 😛 )

I Fly, Therefore I Am.

One cannot go around not saying "Thank you" every time these days, can't you?

Current status is the module is provided as is with no further plans for updates or fixes with ED trying not to break it with future DCS updates.

That would be the absolute minimum. I hope it gets better.

But I've kept it anyway.

I thought at the time that RAZBAM would really take off after its lousy beginnings. I was probably wrong.

Would you buy the F-15 module if you knew there was no further support and some content creators have pulled their support for the module? It’s pretty hard to want to buy a module knowing that they have a five year development cycle where they remain in early access until most of the bugs are worked out and missing functionality is added.

If I knew current module state and mission set, yeah, I would still buy it. You can change the player aircraft in missions made for other modules and there are also multi-module missions. MP is not a problem.

Truthfully I'm probably in the sunk cost fallacy state. I have a lot of friends that fly it with me, and we've invested a lot of time into campaigns, missions and training. It's really difficult to let go of the module because of everything else around it and the last year of effort my friends and I had put into it. We knew from release there would be bugs etc. but had always assumed it would mature through(and frankly, exciting features to receive later down the line to learn and grow with the module).

So I still fly the F-15E regularly. It has some fantastic features that set it apart.

But, if I were starting from scratch and thinking about the potential investment of my friends I into a module, knowing such a stagnant/uncertain future?

Eurofighter Typhoon can't come soon enough for us

Refunded until it's sorted out and depending on how the out come is portrayed will either buy again or not.

This issue caused a lot of trust issues me with ED after 15 years of being on board

We appreciate you have trust issues now, totally understandable. But we will protect our IP. We all hope for a good outcome.

It would be incredible if ED could develop it just a little further, like data link and a few more features, even if it's a slow back burner project. Or even come up with something to allow some members of the community who create the great community mods, to tinker with it and maybe move it forward just a little more, if they wanted to, and comp them if possible.

I don't know how it's set up of course, but even though I own it now. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO PAY FOR THE  MOD AGAIN, if it were to be officially taken over or put back into active development!

I returned the F-15E. Basically it would be a great plane and I would have preferred it much. But I am also very uncertain about the future of RB and the modules. Well, the whole thing has really shocked me and made me think.

I have been involved since Flanker and have bought a lot of things. But now I will hesitate to buy new modules because I have realized how quickly it can happen that a module no longer receives updates for a long time.

Even with the M2k, which is my favorite plane, I am considering putting it out of production so that I don't end up disappointed later.

Few years a go, i bought the Hawk T1A module of VEAO after disagreement between two company, they were not more able to support,  i got the surprise to lose him on next version, seem the same problem come back again, this time, i can losing the Harrier, m2000, mig19, f15E, due to lack of support and patching. When and who is next ? That is the question. That is the second time for me.
