Will the F-5 come with ILS (glide slope needle)?   Was watching a Youtube vid the other day of Gonky landing a T-38 into IFR conditions, I understand different planes but I would think the F-5 would fly with ILS needles.

As officially stated the external model is a completely new mesh. As for the cockpit - I sure hope any old mod is redundant

Great news about refresh of F-5E, in this case, a day one purchase because I've always liked this module, even though I haven't flown it for a long time ;). I'm curious how "DCS 2024 and beyond"  feel ;).The end of the year is coming up, so overall it was great to finally see (in the store too ) the MiG-29A FF and Hellcat.

Even if the F-5E revamped contains only cosmetic changes, I am still interested, don't mind paying for the upgrade. May be I am in the minority.

Anyway, keep the updates coming, make them with substance and really worth your time and our money.

Might point out that if you don't already have the F-5E, get it now on sale and then a 10 buck upgrade for the best deal.

New one might not go on sale for quite some time.

I'd like a fourth Blackshark update - so that we can have the option of carrying only partially full Vikhr racks (as is usually done in operational service - and as is available for all western helicopters).

Gotta pay for it, some how. And, since it's updating the module to a more modern standard, it keeps it relevant to new comers.

Tenbux ain't so bad. Given how the F-5 almost always ends up as someone's first ride in DCS, I like that. Plus, I got miles. Free for me!

I was hoping I missed some info in the comments on X. Oh well. I've got to consider it a positive as it's going to be much more hard to focus on simply work after the remake gets released.

It likely means we will get one single big update this year before christmas. And with the focus on F5, Supercarrier, core updates and other stuff, the Mig29 seems to be out of the race, unfortunately.

It wasn't in the race to begin with, the aircraft teased first in the "next year and beyond" videos very rarely made it to release that year.

A remodel isnt just cosmetic, its a huge amount of work.

The MiG-29A wont be this year. But work is going well, I hope we can share news soon.

I guess I will be the contrarian voice and say that I don't really care about the F-5 cosmetics.  Pretty pictures is not why I play DCS.  I DO care about the modeling.  The F-5E module is by far my most used module but I haven't seen anything to justify me spending money on it so far.

To be the contrarian to your contrarian, pretty pictures has a lot to do with why I fly DCS. It's 2024 and I want all the next-level eye candy I can get.

well to what they wanted, the answer on the mig 29 which
was very little mentioned but to the question will you have an update before or after the sale at a reduced price of the modules and others there !!!

- or current weapon(s) but on other hardpoint(s) as well ? (4 sidewinders maybe ?)
- or any new 3D models (or new version-specific Arg-based-visibility-objects/parts: like swiss dorsal antenna on screenshots/in videos)  for new AI variants ?
- on external 3D model: correct length of rope and shape of drag chute,  arrester hook (length and pivot point), nose wheel steering mechanics, boarding ladder, intake/nozzle covers, updated animations for nozzle petals, optional wingtip fuel tanks, aerial air refueling probe etc.  ?

Thanks for the F5 update. It's my favourite jet. When you fly in VR the cockpit is not great so any improvement is greatly appreciated. 

Can I please ask that you do the same for the K4? It's my favourite prop plane. Even better, give us a 109 G6.
