ICE ICE Baby (F-4F PhantomICE)

Recommended Posts

Yeah, they're lookin really lovely!

Just a question, seeing the german F-4 packed with bombs: If I remember right the German Air Force used the F-4 only for A-A tasks, or am I on the wrong way??

Yes- Thats it Mitch:joystick:. It looks like old carrier operations in the 70`s

That was my dad's ship during Vietnam he was an aircraft engineer, worked on the A6 intruder and the F4's, and skyraider..

Matter of fact the last skyraider flew its last mission from my dads ship USS Coral Sea...

This is an carrier update I worked for since two years. Well- the problem is that I used 170.000 polygons and thats much to heavy. This projekt is an never ending story...

I stopped the work after I saw first pics from VNAO Carrier Mod.

can you use one of the carrier models in the game and just reshap it?

Sweet! :)

I think you can maybe keep the 170k polys, since the aircraft carrier is only one object, its not like you will have alot of these in the game at once. Maybe you can use Lod models aswell to ease the preformance.

Absolutely love the idea of the static aircraft on the deck there, makes everything more alive!
