So all the anticipation of waiting for the patch followed by the long wait after everyone else started raving (or cursing) it I feel you, dude. I was stuck on 1.5mb DSL until early 2021. My state put a lot of funding from both its own coffers and federal funds to upgrade out infrastructure. Now I have fiber. It's as if I have stood for my entire life and only now sat down. 1 Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

ThorBrasil Posted Wednesday at 06:29 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:29 PM 2 hours ago, Czar said: @Raven (Elysian Angel) and @ThorBrasil are both right. 2.2 is the neutral gamma visual industry wise (refer to external sources), but that value in DCS is off balance with over exposure. There are much worse offenders out there, btw. DCS still looks good. All games have their look based on artistic vision, DCS just happens to be one of the few that references the industrial value being the default 2.2, which is correct. Use a lower gamma to counter over exposure and the lack of a tinted visor. ...even for calibrated monitors without any blown up whites. (we need those visors across all modern modules...) As Norwegian flying low on the Kola map during full winter and having shrubs, bushes, stones and what-not pop-up through the snow is totally unrealistic, physically hurts my eyes and makes my brain melt. Cheers! Apparently it's a DCS terrain engine thing. To get a proper vinter, you'd need a completely different map just for winter to get proper snow and ice on lakes and rivers. What annoys me is the "dead trees" during winter they just look like they are grey with grey leafs. But they are leafless. But are made such a way they don't look it, unless you put the camera right into the branches of the tree. 1 i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 5090 OC, 128Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.

Fly over Sïnai, and watch that the shrubs stuff does not appear in plowed fields, so it's not some "global everywhere", it rather seems to follow some exclusion zones, and makes me feel it could be doable during winter. Quote What annoys me is the "dead trees" during winter they just look like they are grey with grey leafs. But they are leafless. But are made such a way they don't look it, unless you put the camera right into the branches of the tree. I've noticed too. Looks like the snow rests on leafs still not fallen, which can be realistic in late fall/early winter. While it would be much better if the snow was resting on leafless branches. Can't remember how snowy pines look in the game. But I'm sure it's different from what it actually is, or I should've noticed. Yeah, surprise to me: I was expecting both map (Normandy and Kola) at a later date: somewhere in November About: SurfaceDetail-SmallSh*t: those are the "spice" on the ground of the maps. All the maps have bushes/shrubs/flowers. except: Normandy, Caucasus and Modern-Marianas. Also hoping a slider for surfacedetail-visibility range in the Options. (then you will able to kill those SmallSh*ts if you don't like them) Edited Wednesday at 07:14 PM by NRG-Vampire

We're not playing Outrun here. And like I wrote in the post above. Please remove them from plowed files, lawns etc. I fore sure don't what them in my rice field when Nam drops. Cheers! 2
