as i see the ability to use authentic countermeasures positions and directions just implemented

earlier that wasn't available for choppers - worked only for aircrafts - but now coz of the implementation it works for all AI and humanplayer contolled rotorcrafts too :thumbsup:

Far far better FPS on average when compared to my last videocard (HD6850 1gb) they only seem to struggle on the usual problems like multiple explosions and excessive amounts of units in a scene - but now i'm able to run tree slider on 15000 and cities on 20000m view distance with great FPS, i could never ever achieve that before :)

these were taken at 1920x1080 8xQ MSAA - no adaptive or supersampling AA were used, these WOULD cripple my FPS at these settings!

You will LOL when i say....Core2Duo E7500 @3.8Ghz :D

 

I do use a small tweak to my graphics.lua (see here) and like i mentioned above i CANNOT touch any adaptive or SSAA or the FPS will suffer.

WHAT? Ugh. I don't understand computers. I'll check out that tweak, but no amount of deep scenes tweaking I've done can solve all my problems right now. I'm running a Phenom X4 965 Black at 3.4ghz. 8GB DDR3 RAM. Maybe I should learn to overclock. At this point, I'm just hoping EDGE helps offload the CPU.

of course coreclock is important but maybe intel processors better than amd for dcsw

I believe it. Not really an AMD user by choice, just can't upgrade right now. :( Thanks for the advice though, guys.

Intel has been putting out some pretty efficient processors lately. My preference is to usually go with Intel unless there is a reason to do otherwise - so I tend to save the extra bit of cash I need for this.

I see no difference between my FX8350 System or my Intel i7 System.
