Sweet lord...I quote again, and I pray to ED, by such a model.:music_whistling:

I would rather some completely new jet in ED's linup. Too much repeat feels kinda old, Im talking about a DCS product, not FC.

You only have 10,000 flight hours, AFM Missiles this time and P-51 dog fights.

Next time is electronic warfare.

I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.

EWAR would be kind of fun. Probing enemy sam nets, punching a way in for strike craft, etc.

That and stealth strikes. DCS F-117A anyone?

I was messing with the Mig-29S and its sure does look good on the outside. The pit is very dated. I heard a rumor that the reason the Sukhio and MiG haven't been updated is that MiG and Sukhio are being less than cooperative on the matter.

Traditionally, they haven't been very helpful with foreign contracts. Kamov on the other hand was obviously extremely helpful, so there is some hope that we might see them come over to the dark side :D

TU-22M3 has gone on holiday.

:megalol: That model is funny

"The art of simulation design is about understanding limited fidelity...

...compromises must be made. Designers have to consider cost vs. fidelity and processor time vs. fidelity. Additional trade-offs must be made between graphics, AI, flight models, number of units and more...

Russia can produce any missiles.

Yes, this is what they state on their page, but I mentioned "mass production", especially in the light that they are trying to get the controlling stock share of the Artem company only recently (i.e. if they developed such means themselves, why would they need the old plant from the Soviet times).

The first one was the only one I could find of the MiG-29K with R-27R, the second and third shows it with X-31 missiles and the fourth the MiG-29M with X-29T - note(most visible on the MiG-29M photo) that even with the large AKU-58 rack and heavy weapons, the adapters are the same small ones as in the previous photo.

Agreed, the adapters on the 4 inner points, though usually different, don't seem any longer.

The last photo of the Su-33 is quite interesting as it shows that even the extra wing pylon of this variant apparently is so close to the engines that the AKU-470 ejector rack is used for the R-27R.

I think that might be also because it's carrying the R variant of the R-27, as I believe the IR variant has to be rail launched not to lose the lock. If the information that the Su-35 can carry four of the IR variants is correct, then it can carry the APU pylons on that point as well.

Lets hope not.... I think that almost everyone said what he or she wanted to say and are ready to hit the skies.
