They can employ the B-8KOM in game, OFP2 and TsM is basically the same rocket with different head, no internal or weapon employment modifications are needed for fireing this rocket if the planes can employ the B-8KOM.

SOUND GROUND CREW REQUESTS

In FC3 you hear what seems every player asking for Rearm/Refuel and taxi instructions etc regardless of where you are on the battlefield.

 

Rearm Refuel should be discreet and only heard by the player asking for it. This would normally be the case anyway after the ground crew had plugged in the Intercom. They would not usualy be by the radio. So anytime a message is addressed via "Ground Crew" it and its reply should only be heard by the player asking for it.

 

SOUND ATC

As to ATC Airfield taxi, take off chatter etc. These to are heard by everybody no matter where you are in the battlefield. Perhaps these could be restricted to say 10nm/20km from the airfield ?

 

TEXT MESSAGES

I had a situation on line today where the Text Speech to text messages occupied around 15 lines in the top left corner of the screen. I could not find a way to get rid of them. Is there a way or can a way be incorporated ?

I found R-27ET missiles launched when Su27 is turned over had wrong trajectory....

I can hear the rumbling of tanks from inside the cockpit when flying low. Seems a bug to me.

I guess the [135] point is wrong as the intended report is "missing external cockpit lighting texture"

This bug is also true for the SU-27 (and I guess other aircrafts) meaning that the cockpit dosen't present any lighting by night, as it used before (pilot lighten by the green HUD, panels lightings visible from outside, etc)

Affirmative. I'll try other imported campaigns and report findings.

 

MiG-29S campaign:

 

-tried two missions so far, both crash the editor when I try to open them.

-second mission has the same issue as reported with the first F-15C campaign mission and ATO C.P7.4 mission from Su-25T campaign. I assume it has something to do with the campaign design, as it always happens when I win the mission and should proceed with the campaign.

We cannot replicate any campaign issues/crashes with the latest builds.

Forgive me that I don't read 63 pages of bugs in case it was mentioned.

 

There are no key assignments for radar range though [ and ] work.

I don't have my keyboard in my cockpit so it would be awesome if it could show up in the control list so I can assign it to my hotas.

What flyable are you referring to? And what exactly do you mean when you say that there are no key assignments but then say that there are? ([ and ])

 

What is 'Radar Range'?

 

The complete bug list is repeated every couple of pages so there is no need to wade through 63 pages - jut page back until you find the list.

The maximum speed of the first R-27ET was wrong apparently compared with the others in first track.

Besides,the maximum speed of AIM-120C was wrong apparently according to encyclopedia in FC3 and that result in AIM-120C had more energy than R-27ER in second track.

 

My experience On line in FC3 is that the AIM120C consistently out ranges the R27ER in head to head engagements. Is this in line with the Devs intentions ? I have always thought that the R27ER was the missile with the longer legs ?

 

The Ingame Encyclopaedia quotes ( I know these are not Dynamic values) range of 70Km/Mach 3 for the R27ER and 55Km/Mach 4 for both Aim120B/C.

 

In game Fire Zone comparisons (Using TWS values for Mig29 as STT values are bugged) provide the following values:

 

Situation Head on Co Speed 0.9M/7000m

 

R77

Rmax1 42Km Rmax2 15Km

 

R27ER

Rmax1 48Km Rmax2 20Km

 

AIM120C

Yes I will get some tracks tomorrow (2300hrs here so off to bed) using the scenario I use to obtain these Range values.

 

The Russian Fire zone issue in STT has been documented earlier and is in the bug list as bug86. In summary in STT all Russian Missile Fire zones displayed are the same...i.e all have the same Rmax/Rmin values that are incorrect. In TWS when the Acq cursor is placed over the target The Fire Zones for each missile selected are unique and on inspection seem appropriate. (You dont need further info on this one do you ?)
