Great news! Finally some care for the Flanker...

This plane needs a new 6dof cockpit....can I imagine a little?

I agree. A better cockpit is much more important to the pilots...

Is there a timetable for release? I'm sure skinners are eager to work on something other than the F-15 for a while, and I'll bet ED's eager to have people stop complaining about exterior models.

Assuming the new exterior model will soon be part of the beta FC3, will this and other upgrades to flyable FC3 exterior models be part of the *final* FC3, or might they be add-ons for purchasers of the "non-beta" release?

(I remember lovely screenshots of the A-10C beta over Nevada terrain helped sell the beta. So if I ask "when?" and don't get an answer from ED, I get deja vu.)

I would assume they will be a part of the final FC3 release. Now...lets hope they also update the Su33 while they are at it and shut us complainers up. :p

Please can we have a new cockpit that matches the qaulity of the new F-15 pit?

I like it; I can accurately count the rivets and panels I'll be distributing over the Caucasus.

Make sure the damage model is up to snuff, Wags- we'll be putting it to good use. ;)
