thats not the question or the problem, really, its more of a "you dont expect 'x' group of people to do 'y' type of things". you know, like men knitting, old people who listen to heavy metal, asians who listen to country...women who play video games...and the unicorn "women who play video games AND flight simulators". thats just an assumption (or default position, really) that people tend to not think of at first glance. of course there are those people out there who do those things! few and faaaaar between.

I guess the next question will be who is going to be the first guy here who flies as a female pilot in VR so they can look at some oppai? (So THATS what it would be like...)

Exactly, really. My whole point was, that just because you know of few women in the DCS community doesn't mean they don't exist. The very attitude that some people (mind you: not necessarily you) display towards the topic is reason enough for some not to divulge such personal information unnecessarily.

In either case, I think this is getting more and more sidetracked.

I kind of do not care, I like as many as possible to fly DCS, its gain the users.

Agreed. Plus, I thought that Col. Kim Campbell buried that silly notion for good in the early 2000's. Still can't fathom that she "had the balls" (oooh, "macho" term!) to land her crippled Hawg instead of bailing out. I guess that's one of the things that separates real aviators from the likes of me who would have bailed once over safe territory.

That being said, since I always disable pilot/copilot bodies, I much more prefer to get my Bo-105 sooner, and without any pilot models. In other words: let's focus on getting the chopper in my grubby little hands and leave the accessories for later

I assume those are different tasks and work threads that don't affect each other and can go parallel. Otherwise I'd be with you! (But they already gave a planned release window, so .... )

I never activate the pilot because it obstructs my view on the controls and switches, so I don’t care wether the pilot is male, female or what so ever. Bring on the bird. Everything else can be added after the release.

This happened in 1926 and still women meet stigma. 

I do not use pilotbody when flying in DCs but if I did it would be nice to fly correct gender. So if a woman fly DCS it would be nice if she could choose her gender. Like msfs. We do not have to make it political

yeah it would also be nice to have a glider in DCS as well...that would be sweet! Pretty much the only thing I fly all the time in MSFS...
