Texac Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 Current Pilot is of Vietnam Era (taken from my backlog of 3d models as a place holder), somehow during the merge into the F-18 Scene, the pilot was re-scaled and some of the geometry was messed up (facemask etc) due to bones being re-scaled. Once the external model is fully finished, (textures and animations), - I will move/Revise the cockpit hood and HUD structure - I will pull a modern fighter pilot model from my library and re-rig the bones down to the finger joints and animate him according while making sure he is of proper size, as well as building other items (chute), and stuff to export him separately for ejected pilot model as well as in aircraft model, as well as clone him and separate material names for Separate Pilot/WSO Texture use. Textures Overall will change and be improved over the course of the next few months, some things are intentionally overdone for effect, once I'm happy with some things, they will be toned down to realistic Levels.
