Maybe people would be more patient if they got an ETA on the public statement?

I would expect it sometime during this week, however that is subject to change.

We still have some time left in the day. And there is Saturday also...

There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.

Soon, Adverb, in or after a short time.

No where does that say this week, next week, today, tomorrow this weekend.

A short time can mean many different things depending on the time scale used, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, light years, whatever.

Uhm, SkateZilla, light years are a measurement of distance, not one of time. ;)

Come on guys, the whole soon debate has nothing to do with this thread. We're all anxious about any news regarding the MiG and read every post in this thread...

I trust the team to get it done.

But I can understand how some may feel strung along a little bit waiting for a definitive update to assuage what doubts we might have.

I'm sure that a small team that speaks some 4 different languages as a preference and occupies lots of timezone is also a problem for communication within the team but I think many of my fellow simulation nuts are beginning to lose patience and I can't really blame them.

I hope you can deliver a comprehensive update soon Cobra, carry on your good work.

We have no communication issues due to timezones or language barriers.

We are a healthy team, especially when it comes to communication.

The reason you feel you are getting "strung along" is because I need to pop in here very few days to calm speculation and false assertions.

Trust me -- I'm as tired as you of writing "announcement coming soon!".

Certain things must be set in order before that can happen.

Just write "announcement coming later". That may keep folks from sitting on the edge of their seats waiting. ;)
