+7 lbs boost is not idle... If the warning tone still sounds at +7 lbs boost, this is still wrong and should be fixed as soon as possible. No one can fly like this without going mad.

Be nice to get external Drop tanks available with the Modified fuel Gauge as an option.

An easier way to switch back and forth between 2d and VR.

Just avoid above 2700 rpm and avoid windmilling so keep at least 30inch while doing 2700rpm. At initial release it was much worse, ED did some tweaking but we can't over-rev enging to 3050rpm as stated in manual so at the same time engine is more prone to failure due to windmilling.

Thanks for the help. As mentioned above, I tried the DNS solution already - while logged in with Giganetz ISP as well as with my backup ISP (where the DCS login is working). In both cases, a nslookup would return the correct IP, which is, as you also mentioned, 185.195.197.20. So DNS is ruled out, the IP itself is blocked or not routed correctly, or whatever.

DCS offers almost infinite possibilities, limited only by the technical framework of DCS and the imagination of the mission creator. It's not just about historically accurate missions in DCS...

Hello! Thank you for the reply I have zero mods installed. My DCS installation is clean and OK. Where can I find the crash log so I can send it to you?
-
I have not done a video on it yet, but tested the AI Mitsubishi Zeroes last night and they work great. I was dumb enough to have 4 take off and patrol the island myself and the bomber group were going after. I extended out ahead of the group to see if the Zeroes took off and began their patrol. When they spotted me, it did not take long to realize I was in trouble. Should be a lot of fun, especially with friends. I will shoot a video tomorrow.

Maneuvering On The Ground With Differential Braking
JabbyJabara replied to AG-51_Razor's topic in Bugs and Problems
I've flown all sorts of tail wheels IRL and this Corsair is definitely misbehaving, differential braking is differential braking the physics do not change between aircraft types - this function of the corsair is bugged for sure -

+ The pipper is not accurate, the first bomb will land right under your jet, so as soon as the runway passed the jets ramps, you wanna smash that pickle button.

I've not had any other reports of crashes during the campaign. First step with a campaign is always to remove any mods and run a repair. If you still have crashes with no mods then posting your crash log might help pinpoint the problem.

Ah ok, that makes sense I'll try it. TBH though I'd rather keep the curves than have the stick move with trimming as it's quite terrible to fly it without curves. It's the only plane I have setup curves on, every other plane or helo I have don't have curves and works fine with the FFB Sent from my CPH2333 using Tapatalk

Let’s hope this ends better than Sonny and Cher… or Jessica and Nick…

That is unfortunately a Core DCS bug. If it persists, .

Nice!

Can anyone identify this control stick?

I had originally thought the same thing, but the triggers seem different and the Mirage 3 is missing a button on the front, beside the gun trigger. -
[SKINPACK] 53rd TFS, F-15C, BITBURG AFB, 1984 - RELEASED
streakeagle replied to SOLIDKREATE's topic in F-15C
I don't use the AIM-7M with the 1970s/1980s F-15C, so no problem for me. Just like the Heatblur F-14A 1970s skins that use the white body, which absolutely looks great and was the inspiration for me to figure out how to do the same with the F-15C. I have a lot of F-15 books and most of them were published prior to 1990. Almost none of them have photos with AIM-7s with the gray bodies. So, if you are trying to recreate a "cold war gone hot" NATO vs Warsaw Pact mission for the Germany terrain, AIM-7Fs in the old paint scheme are the way to go. Customizing the AIM-7 for old skins doesn't affect the AIM-7M of other skins. -
HSD mark wasnt added to the F-16 till Tape M7+, we're on M4.2+ so unfortunately its a bit out of our timeframe

Great job Baltic Dragon. I'm on mission 15, and as a former Navy pilot, have to say Bravo. Really nice job capturing the general atmosphere and details of CV ops as well as killbox missions. If I might provide some very minor thoughts for consideration: 1. The player's voice character is waaaay to enthusiastic when talking on the radio. The vast majority of these calls (checking in/out with marshal, strike, etc.) are very mundane, and sound super boring for the most part. 2. I liked the feedback on not following some of the CV launch/recovery procedures. Just food for thought, but no one becomes a fighter pilot to fly 300kts at 500' after being launched from a carrier! That said, I was a bit surprised there doesn't appear to be any point deduction for landing above max trap weight on the boat. Between the CVW SOP that specifies a no lower than fuel state when landing, and the NATOPS max landing weight, fuel management can be a surprisingly challenging aspect of CV ops. Might have been cool to provide some feedback on that in the debrief. 3. CV recovery seems to assume the player and his wingman are the only game in town. IRL, you'd have to hold until the previous launch is complete (which adds some additional fuel planning challenges; see above), then work your way down the stack. This could be simulated by having various sections hold until a specific time, then the player would have to time his entry into the break. Just a thought. Great job overall - this could be used as recruiting material for Naval Aviation as far as I'm concerned!

If my landing speed is too high I will bounce every single time.
