  2. Assuming that we would not configure anything at all in TelemFFB and that all FFB responses would be determined by DCS and DCS only, which are the effects that DCS triggers for FFB? It is clear that there is at least: - the offset of the center for the position of the stick - stick moving with the trim Are the spring value dynamic and changes with speed and Gs? What else? Most importantly is it documented or listed somewhere?
  3. Can't wait to read the patch notes! [emoji1] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  4. It's already reported. Quite a few posts about it. Patch incoming, maybe you're lucky and it's fixed. [emoji6] Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

  7. Quick question, does this mod work out of the box? Or are the FC3 mods modifications needed?
  8. Some adjustments to the default gamma curve would go a long way. Making the Milky Way clearly visible at night over populated areas is indeed not realistic.
  9. Well, a bit of expectation management doesn't hurt. Appreciated.
  10. this has been reported thank you

  12. Any fellow F18 pilots help me get this setup please? Have downloaded and installed the miz and Voice attack profile but suspect i am doing something wrong with my PTT config. Be massively appreciated. Plus the latest discord link is defunct. Cheers
  13. Happy to help lots of wishes come true here on the forum, this section is for making requests. But sometimes I have to bring things down to earth
  14. folks please include a track replay when reporting issues, we can check it and let you know if it is a bug or not. thank you
  15. Finally some infos that help solve your issue. As someone who doesn't have the map and does not intend to buy it just to solve your bug report, a track could have helped reproduce the weather from that mission on a map I have. Either way, the issue is that you don't have GPS to fix your systems altitude. At ISA+25, the altimeters of your aircraft will show you a lower altitude than your true altitude is. That in turns leads to the case in the picture I posted above. By fixing it with the Radar altimeter, you tell the system the exact true altitude of your aircraft, which fixes the aiming offset/inaccuracy. So to fix your issue, there are 3 options available: 1) Set the temperature to ISA. This will cancel any true altitude differences. 2) Use GPS, that will correct the SALT to the correct true altitude. 3) If neither of the above are available, do a A-CAL fix.
  16. I'm in a similar position. Just got my 57ppd Crystal Super as an upgrade to my OG Crystal which I've been very happy with. I changed to the 57ppd as I'd read it would be better for flightsimmers which is most of my VR play. Sadly the sweet spot issue is also a dealbreaker for me, glancing out of the spot its not only out of focus but also shows chromatic aberration. This is of fundamental importance for scanning instruments. I'm going to do some more research, play with the IPD but otherwise I'll open a ticket to try and go back to a 50ppd optical engine. Lastly, I was also very disappointed not to receive the DMAS headphones I was promised with my pre-order.
  17. Can you also attach your DCS log file. Just want to rule out any other possibilities, and may also help with the overall analysis to see why this happens to some users.
  18. Just any redfor SEAD platform do the job in current state of things, Su-17/22, su-24, mig-27. With fighters we are fine for now. but having to use semi fictional su-25t for SEAD is painfull. Also, no need to ask for modern russian multirole, Su-30 Flanker C from 90's, would be enaugh.
  19. Why do I have to think of a bucket of cold water suddenly.... Describe DCS in one word: Eventually. (I do support the wish though)

  21. Hey all, I recently installed the Afghanistan map (gorgeous map by the way!!) and I noticed that the MiG-29A (full-fidelity) has these random oscillations when flying around. This happens without using the autopilot. When flying on other maps (Persian Gulf, Sinai, Syria) I have not experienced this issue, I'm not entirely sure if it is map-specific, but perhaps. In the track file you should be able to see the Fulcrum randomly oscillating once or twice in the pitch axis a number of times. During landing this also happened at lower speeds. Hope this helps! Forgive my horrible landing, I was checking if my stick was properly connected to my PC and was totally distracted, haha! Bouncing Fulcrum (Afghanistan).trk
  22. Only tank 1 is spawning so I guess it must be a bug, ..
  23. I’m seeing exactly the same behavior you described. During the start sequence, the DC BUS caution light comes on when the right engine reaches idle and its generator comes online. It stays illuminated through the left engine start and doesn’t go out once the sequence is complete. Just like you mentioned, cycling both generators simultaneously (as per the -1 checklist) does clear the light, but I’m not sure why it’s happening in the first place — especially since everything else seems to be working normally. Did you ever find out what was causing this, or if it’s something that needs to be done manually every time? I’m wondering if this is just a quirk of the current module or if we’re missing a step in the startup flow. Thanks in advance for any insight!
  25. folks before you runaway with this thread, currently we have no plans to redo the milky way in the night sky, even if we did accept this task it would be extremely low priority. I will pass on your feedback to the team, but please remember this forum area is a wish list, not a to do list. thank you
  26. please wait for the next update for improvement thank you
