As suggested in 1st reply - rename your /Saved Games/DCS.openbeta to ex. /DCS.old and test again. It takes 5 minutes. All problems (avionics, background image, controls) are logged in dcs.log as the module files failed to load. Maybe because of the A-4 mod - you're about to test with the method above. Maybe there's a disk failure or an AV messing with your module files - so check that also.

If in windowed mode, "move" works for me (just move the mouse cursor outside of the DCS window and you should be able to grab the upper border. This requires the mouse cursor to be able to be moved outside with the options set right for that. Resize does not work anymore obviously, but I remember it worked in the past a long time ago.

Would be nice if we could get the option to change the present frequency s in game via the kneeboard on the ground like changing Lasercodes in some other planes. I don't have a problem with doing that, but I have deleted that folder a couple of times myself and it always gets recreated. Deleting that folder shouldn't matter, I think.
