Totally immune to MP. I have no friends, none of them plays flight sim, I play the game the way I want, at my own pace, enjoy my own win and failures. I have games which have great AI, and play those when I wish to be on my own. I don't want friendly fire on myself and on others It was called Warbirds, irrc. No, virtual gloves show only in VR. A few days ago, I was doing CPG in multiplayer and my pilot asked me how many targets I could see. I had my joypad in my hand and had to take my hand off it and look for the cyclic to press the PTT-ICS, but I spontaneously raised my arm and showed with my hand that I could see two. That gave me this idea. -
Hello fellas! I dont know if this has been asked before. I noticed the new Full Fidelity MIG-29 does not have the visual wingflex. The FC3 variant did have a realistic looking wingflex. What happened here? Is the flexing also coming to the new Fulcrum?

With FF MiG-29, by default, IRST search/bvr, IRST vertical scan, helmet modes, only use IRST. You cannot fire R-27R/ER by default and radar will be off The only way to use radar with IRST, switch sensors on locked target, fire fox 1 from helmet/irst vert scan/irst bvr scan , is to use coop mode. Coop mode will allow if one sensor loses lock to have the other sensor pick up the lost lock if it can. However, if you set radar mode to dummy you get additional functionality in coop mode using the IRST modes. For IRST vertical scan/opt/helmet, radar will lock STT as soon as IRST lock, allowing you to fire fox 1. For helmet both sensors will try to lock and first to lock becomes primary. Since IRST only looks 30 degrees to the side, that means you only have radar for helmet locking (other then R-73) from 30-60 degrees off the nose. Where it’s different with extra functionality is IRST BVR/scan mode. If there is no laser range the radar will provide ranging in scan mode. If you press lock a second time it will STT allowing you to fire fox 1. If laser range appears (3-6.5 km), the radar will also STT. So if trying to be stealthy, it is a big tool to use IRST scan (remember to turn down gain) and range with radar scan. If you have radar leading/primary mode for any reason, switching to an IRST mode will change to IRST leading if IRST can lock.

Does not matter if it's baked texture or dynamic light. Both look different for night and day so it is possible to toggle it. Currently it's only based on night/day hours - it could also be based on new wished-for triggers.

I just checked and I have to apologize! My last sortie was the day before the patch. Seems to work now! I only checked at NTTR but I consider the bug as squashed as you also confirmed. Sorry for falsification, I should 've checked the patch notes more carefully!

Да. Конечно. Естественно. Но зачем тогда городили огород с бланкированием и со стороны СПО и со стороны РЛС? Так считает и блок-схема Н019АЭ из польской библиотеки, гриф снят. Там какая-то логика его получения, перед выдачей есть кеширование сигнала в 1 бит. Выдача по аналоговой ВЧ линии. За встречу и обработку в СПО отвечает целая одна из кассет. Нужно выяснить кто совершил цепь должностных преступлений. КБ под прикрытием заказчика сделав лампочки для красоты, или заказчик не научившись его обслуживать и забив.

Каждый тянет одеяло на себя , )) в жизни все сложнее . Заводчане ( не все ) думают что их самолет прилетит в полк и будет штыком , полковые думают что завод испортил хороший самолет )). Конечно не те , не те не правы. Само собой, если завод освоил ремонт, то делает его по максимуму, но бывают ситуации, когда какой то косячок всплывает в последний момент или отказ плавающий , то он есть , то нет ,а времени на исправление нет , сроки, звонки , давление начальства с двух сторон. И заявки на перегонку уже поданы . К тому же не все все пункты вводятся в программу облета , прицел , к примеру проверяется только через ВСК , никто контрольные цели поднимать не будет ). И тогда либо договорняк через начальников заводских и полковых и тогда приказ летчику не еб-ть никому мозги а подписывать акт и перегонять самолет либо инженер берет литр массандры и договаривается на месте ))) . Возможны и другие варианты. Но как правило все проходит хорошо, в пределах руководящих документов . Но ВСЕГДА , когда самолет приходит с завода , начинают вылазить какие то косяки и инженеры с техниками еще долго с ним колупаются , что то крутят , настраивают СН, САУ и тд ( особенно это касалось прицелов ) , прежде чем самолет через несколько месяцев станет действительно штыком и начнет летать как надо . Бывают конечно исключения , но редко .

Funny you say that because I was disappointed recently watching new MiG-29A external lights in VR. They were not really bright to start with and basically disappeared over 200m. So it's additional problem with DCS not being consistent between VR and 2D, and probably depends also on some graphics settings which should be avoided.- 13 replies

Just an update on this issue, it occurs because tracking status switches between valid and invalid state, when invalid missile symbol shows only azimuth.

MIG-29A BVR - how to force enemy aircraft down low?

I'm staying low and try to acquire enemy visually, then once he's on top of me I'm climbing to get on his six and shoot some R-73s or lock him with radar close combat mode to use R-27Rs. Same tactics that I've used in MIG-21. For BVR I identify my enemy first (via AWACS). If it is a modern jet like F-16 I just don't bother fighting him with this technique, because MIG-29s chances of survival are slim to none. But harassing some ground pounders or older/equivalent planes? That can be done. /edit not AWACS but GCI on multiplayer servers. -
А еще - если у кого-то, как у меня, никак не получается добиться звенящей резкости картинки, проверьте зрение. Я вот сходил. Оказалось, что на правом глазу все ок, а в от на левом - минус 1. Соответственно, все, что я видел левым глазом, давало неслабое мыло. При том, что в обычной жизни я этого не ощущаю совершенно. Взял рецепт, буду делать линзы для шлема, надеюсь на резкое улучшение качества картинки малой кровью
