Hi ! _ I can confirm bombs falling short. I played mirmidon track as player, and it fall short. I created a similar mission (.track attached) like his own myself, and bombs fall short. (FAB 500 fall shorter than FAB 250) _ I noticed another issue within my training mission (.miz file attached): First, air start with a DTC loaded, NOLA (no lauch authorized) was displayed on the HUD et bombing piper (as well as laser predesignator piper if using it) was way off and over sensitive in roll under 12000ft. In a second time I did the same without any DTC loaded and the NOLA issue disappeared. No problem to do a bombing run under 12000ft. Then I discovered that in the DTC, in weapon's tab the target point selected was "point 1" wich is was a mountain at 12000ft... So I set it to "point 2" wich is on my target area near sea level. As a result, no more NOLA issue under 12000ft with the DTC loaded. So is it an issue or does it work as intended ? That would mean it's mandatory to define a target point in the DTC for the bombing system to work properly. With only one target area available in the mission and no change of target area location possible in flight ? I'm doubtful... BOMBS FALL SHORT MIG29 CCIP.trk Mig-29A Caucasus.miz

The Engine Power Indicator is a tool to measure the equipment used to control engine power. Monitoring and control of the engines is based on the measurement of the compressor’s outlet air pressure, whose value is indicated by the two yellow markers on the vertical scale. These are then compared to the central red markers on the scale that represent different engine operating modes. The position of these mode markers is proportional to the ambient air pressure and temperature. On the central index there are three red markers: “В”, “Н”, “К”. These correspond to the compressor’s outlet air pressure at takeoff, maximum continuous, and cruise modes. To control the operation of any mode, it is necessary to compare the position of the yellow index markers with the red mode marks (В, Н, К) on the scale. Compressor outlet air pressure scale. Scaled from 5 to 10 kgf/cm2. One division equals 0.5 kgf/cm2. o В – takeoff mode o Н – maximum continuous mode o К – cruise mode My personal understanding of those limits are they are designed to extend the service life of the engines(material degradation or something),nothing really happens if u don't follow those time limits in DCS. (But in the sim u still can cause damage to the engine if u overheat the oil or overtorque them)

Okay, using 1.0.7 now. Many thanks to Enrico. Bugs: the canards flicker like humming bird wings. First missiles don't work well at all. It's flyable and looks good.. refuels when parked. Doesn't rearm. Radar works intermittently. Comms menu works. Air to air refuelling boom doesn't retract but stops the canards flapping when extended. The HUD is a huge improvement, you can read your instruments in bright light. Can't wait for the official module...please create a map of the mach loop to go with it.

It’s more about how the Quest 3 is physically designed and how it sits on the face. When I put the VR headset on, the HMD in all the modules (F16/18, A10, Mig29, AH64) is positioned too high, as if I had tilted my head back by 5–10 degrees. To get the HMD aligned correctly, I have to tilt the headset down by those 5–10 degrees and pull it down so much that it presses against my nose. If I could pull the virtual helmet further down onto my forehead, it would be fine. Like rotating the helmet by 5–10 degrees around the axis passing through the ears. -
A campaign in the spirit of Speed & Angels tailored to the Mig-29? Now that would be something.

I mean, not really. The cockpit is not NVG compatible. Maybe some operator actually did modify it at some point, but I really doubt it. KA-50 has NVG's always has. Not sure on the 24, but that pit isn't actually NV compatible. The soviets did experiment with Gen0 NVG's in Afghanistan, but well, you don't want that modeled.

When cold starting the Viper, there is a hatch that is usually opened when you fire the gun and only when you fire the gun, but this is both open from a cold start and stays open until you activate Dogfight-mode with master arm on (it doesn't close if master arm is off and you switch to DF-mode or if you switch to DF-mode with master arm while weight-on-wheels). After getting up in the air and doing this procedure of going DF-mode with master arm on, the hatch will behave correctly, but never before that. I have attached a track where I demonstrate this, both on the ground and after takeoff. F-16 spent shell hatch bug.trk

Wags claimed a UH-60L will coming after the new helo..... on a last Q&A. A SH-3 (and other ASW helo) has a problem, we dont have none Sonar and water engine, and by now ED has no claim about build a naval weapons.

Экономика тут вообще не при чём, экономят ресурс самолёта, а в афганистанах не по чему им мавериками пулять. Если бы приспичило, обвесили бы как ёлку. Те же F-15E таскали тяжелые JDAM по 7шт когда ровняли аулы в ноль, даже знаменитые видео есть, когда стирают в порошок очередной "чак-чак" -
