Hi, I tested CH BuK SAM tonight and it was working. It has 2 types of TELs (launchers) 1 CC vehicle 1 TR 1 SR It attacked my F18, second run up and didn't fire so managed to destroy the TR with HARM without any missiles being fired at me. Third pass I set up a JDAM to destroy SR but was fired on at close range and I was destroyed. So, it is either a bit broken or very smart

You can have a million of them, but you can't use more than 3 for beacons and more than 3 for airfields (which can also be used for beacons). As AeriaGloria said, you build a pool of points so you can reuse them later on. Aircraft will have loaded no more than 6 points in total, but as Wags also mentioned in the video, you can build a route from the points you added earlier and that route will be displayed on the kneeboard later on. Really, watch the video again but pay attention. I know it's long one but it does contain a lot of info.

I know of beacon points (or at least I think I know), but I am not completely sure about "Points". Just the ones from DTC page in mission editor. Let's start with this question: How much Points (first tab from DTC) can be added in mission editor ? More than 6 ?

Didn't go last year, managed this year. Some 20 000 in attendance. Sadly my camera phone and the sun made it very hard to get good video. But some stuff is ok. You got Havard, Spitfire, sterman, Super Hercules doing short runway stop. Various acrobatics. Danish F16 in its last outing before retirement. 2 F35s.

Thanks, this was the perfect info I needed. Just recently decided to start learning the A-10 after owning it for several years and was having issues with the location of the HUD info including reticles to high or off the screen. This fixed it right up and works well with Tobii.

Although this sounds reasonable, I consider simulating realistic weather much easier by frequently importing real weather data from a server than implementing an algorithm that mimics real weather with its dynamic changes.

Interesting. I have the AB9 and am not getting a tick when engine is not running. Maybe something with your PC processor is getting bogged down and the tick is a side effect in the FFB data stream? I honestly have no clue how that works, just taking a wild guess. I have also reported stall FFB behavior. I think it’s occurring too early, at lower AoA than necessary because I’m able to continue pulling much higher G’s and alpha before the wing actually stalls. Rudel has asked for a track file. For some reason my track file generation is broken and DCS gives me an error when I try to save one. I probably just need to do a repair. Perhaps you can attach one so the devs can get a hold of it?

Here is my solution to joystick mounting. All of the items are "off the shelf" and cheap. I primarily use it to store the joystick out of my way when I am not flying at the computer. This set up also allows me to have the stick center mount for most aircraft and side mount for aircraft like the F-16. This is a Garmin GNS-530 radio/gps @Hayds_93 and I have been working on for literally no reason other than I like it and I make him work on it. Right now we have it in a stupid little general aviation sfm mod that will never see the light of day. We share these pics around the mod developers discord server, but thought it would be fun to show it off a little here. I know theres a few mods out there (probably not on this forum yet) that could definitely use a GNS-530. The eventual goal is to get this as a modular as possible so all the mod maker need is to drop the files in do a little linkage and add the 3d model. Yes i know ED's 430 exist, and I was surprised to hear they are still supporting it for the Mig29 it some capacity, but I plan for this to be a little more accurate than it. We also have AIRAC waypoints from Navigraph, unfortunately the database they provide for development isn't in any DCS map, but all the fixes youd expect to find in Central America/carribean are here there.

Die Drohne soll selber inz Zielgebiet Fliegen oder dort Spawnen und Kreisen, dan die Ziele nur Makieren die Ich dan bekämpfe und danach alle Ziele aufschalten bis keins mehr vorhanden ist. Am besten das makierte Ziel noch mit Rauch zeichnen. Ich habe bis jetzt no nicht die richtigen trigger für die abfolge gefunden den in Script und luha bin ich ne Niete. Eventuell mit KI ?

A-10 is the best for ground and pound. No doubt about that. For air to air go with F-16. F-18 is in between of these 2. Better in air to air than A-10, better than F-16 in air to ground. Personal preference will be deciding factor here. That would be the best way to choose.

Thanks to M3 for making the effort to implement force feedback on the F4U. However there appears to be a bug in that the stick kicks once every 16 seconds when the engine is not turning. This can be observed in any of the cold start instant action missions. The kicking seems to go away as soon as the engine starts but returns when it stops, including in the air after the engine has seized (which seems to happen to me quite often). Also the frequency of the stall buffet seems very high to me. It doesn't really feel like a turbulence effect, more like a buzzing vibration. Great if you're a lonely lady but not so good for a pretend warbird pilot. Both of these issues observed on a Moza AB9 in Direct mode and on a Sidewinder2.
