Hi guys, I have used OptiScaler v0.7.8 as a workaround meanwhile on latest AMD drivers, now running DCS on forced FSR4 through this app, and this gives me proper anti-aliasing, and no issues with HUD jagging and disappearing pixels and also sharp MFDs.

There is no aircraft with similar vibes like the ones abandoned by Razbam. Especially the Harrier feels unique. Sometimes you need to accept the grim reality.

Running a 9950X3D with a 5090, and the CPU is maxed out at 100%. I also have several screens connected. Is there a better CPU on the market? Would switching to a server type CPU help?

With 2.6.3b, using the mission_settings_load_from = "savedgamesfolder", the airboss_enable = false is not applied, this often leads to a dcs crash (dcs LOG Through The Inferno (Georgian Coast) v2.6.3b.txt) , the only way to disable airboss script is set it to false in both TTI SP Mission Settings folder and ME settings. 263b_airboss.zip

It's been a minute. Is this ever coming out? I had a skin in mind but not sure if I should wait or just use the kit in user files. Can you at least tell us if it's this year?

Totally noob question. I bought the F1 as soon as it was available but I haven't actually use it until this summer, and I'm having a blast. Used to the F18's avionics and SA, flying this third generation jet is super fun. I've done Carsten's tutorial, read the manual and flight a lot a custom cold war sandbox mission I made. Now I started a retribution campaign and I have realized I cannot do proper CAP since I don't really know how to operate iff, use AWACS nor build a proper SA picture. In my custom sandbox I didn't have this issue since I know more or less where my allied are and the general heading where enemies might be. But in the retributions missions I have already shoot down my own AWACS twice My main problem is the AWACS in on the same general heading as the bandits and more or less at the same altitude and distance as the reported bandit. So what I do is to lock the first "suspicious boogie" I get on my radar, and with it locked I has AWACS to declare. It responds "contact is unknonwn", so I assume since it is not detected as friendly it must be a bandit... turns out the contact was the AWACS itself. Long story short, can I rely on AWACS' "declare" call? And if I can, how should I properly do it? For context, I fly the EE in missions set around 1985 and the bandits are usually migs (Warsaw Pact available aircraft). And I cannot interrogate mysenf since the EE does not have the proper equipment, does it? Thanks!

I am currently working on other projects, hopefully this winter I can resume working on the planned "F-5E: Expansion" Modules. Core AI, Player FCS and Player DCS Are planned for the first release, after which the Player Remastered version, if at all, due to models being encrypted. Since putting it on pause I've learned several new things that will aid in quicker turn around on getting this project done quicker and cleaner.

Yeah my jaw dropped when I saw this. Is this a tease to tell us that something might be moving on the AH-6 (and Blackhawk) project? Or a flex to show us what we can't have? Love the video btw. Black Hawk down vibes are very strong.

Today is another one of those days where I pull out my Quest 3, start DCS on an i9-13900K and a 4090, and think to myself, "Today, it's just going to run smoothly..." - and I'm disappointed again. And the same loop over and over again. And I check the VD settings, check my TP-Link Archer BE550 6GHz settings, check the VD settings on the Quest, and the floor stutters like crazy during flight. I've already noticed that the movements of a wireless mouse can cause performance drops. In my frustration today, I unplugged the wireless USB transmitter on the Corsair mouse, even turned off my phone next to me to see if that might be the cause... no effect. The strange thing is, every now and then, out of the blue, I have a latency below 40, buttery smooth turns, everything is fantastic. And then, after a few hills and cities, just when I thought "FINALLY!"... it starts all over again. Rarely has a piece of software combined with hardware frustrated me so much. I've tried the smallest settings, the lowest bitrates, the fewest tasks in Windows—just about everything. The same problem remains: the cockpit looks and moves like I'm on the live set of Top Gun, and the entire scenery reminds me of my Amiga 500.

Previously, I used the grab button for the lever shown in the picture, after which the helicopter would rise into the air. The readings on this device also change (second screenshot). Now the grab button does not work to grab the lever.

Ineed it does, but always precision factor PGM drops from 5 to 2, and the harm still finds the target with pin point precision.
