This isn't unheard of. In Syria, there were many cases where RPGs were largely ineffective against the T-55. It would be better if we had more realistic AT weapons. Even the LAW would be better than an RPG. The Dragon or TOW would be very effective. I was an 11BC2P in the Army, so I am biased.

Only thing I can agree with is the sharpness of the close edge - they should think about blurring it a bit - just like we can't focus on our nose. Everything else is just as IRL - get used to it. And while we're at the nose - we should see it too

This is something that I have had trouble testing, because as mentioned before when fighting AI even if I remove the chaff and flair pods on say the F-4 the AI magically can still use chaff and flairs, and on high difficulty where they will actually notch they use A LOT of counter measures (more then they in fact could carry if I hadn't removed the countermeasures) this makes it difficult for me to check because I can't tell if I'm just being notched, or if the massive chaff cloud is interfering with radar. The times that I have maintained radar lock when underneath them when they did notch it does seem that was one of the rare times when the AI didn't drop chaff but I'm not sure. While locked on I've been switching from HPRF to MPRF depending on the target aspect and speed and it does seem to make a difference, but I don't really have anything definitive yet I feel like I need to get an actual person to do the testing to better control variables that you can't do as well when facing just the AI in mission editor.

As soon as I update DCS, I'll take a look at the mod, but I'm on ADSL and it takes a very long time. However, fiber optic is right outside my door, so I should be able to take advantage of it very soon.

Is there something to press to do that ? When i lock with the helmet with COOP on, the primary sensors stays the IR regardless of what it do (press lock again, select the fox 1, radar on DUMMY/ILLUM, radar mode, etc.) Edit: nevermind, it automatically does it when all the conditions are met

Well…not an issue with QVFR really, but until recently it only worked with my Quest Pro when Eye-tracking was actually disabled in the DCS settings. It was counter-intuitive, but that‘s how it worked. Now last week I had to activate that option in order to have eye-tracking and hence QVFR working. Other than that I agree, that your issue might be the order of layers. There is an app called „XR Layer Manager“ or something like that. It will even recognize errors in the layer order by itself and offer a solution. -
prss Ctrl then "E" button three times, or Alt F4

@Scotch75 No thats the part I am having the problem with. I the hitting the \ key to get to the F1 menu options and nothing happens. I can't get the "contact dialogs" to trigger. -
For KMGU, only the first “packet” drops on the pipper, and every other packet will drop after. So you will need to aim short to have all your submunitions land equally in front and behind the target even if things work perfect Of course in training mode doesn’t matter as it will only drop one “packet” at a time

I completely support this request. For many VR users, the new visor borders cause discomfort and nausea after only a short period of use. This is not about realism or personal preference - it’s a health and accessibility issue, and should therefore be treated as a priority -. Please make it optional, allowing tinted vision without the borders, similar to the “Show Pilot Body” option. Players shouldn’t have to modify game files to protect their well-being - and personally, I can’t use the F-18 or F-16 in VR at all now. It makes me dizzy and even makes me want to vomit after a few minutes -.
